Sobrivo

Your Recovery Companion

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Recovery that stays private. CBT tools, a trusted circle, and an AI companion — built for the way real recovery actually works. Most recovery apps give you a public feed. Sobrivo gives you tools that actually work. Built on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — the same techniques used in real addiction treatment — Sobrivo helps you understand what drives your cravings, rebuild your thinking patterns, and stay accountable without judgment. The difference that matters: Every other recovery app shows you a public social feed. You post about your relapse and strangers see it. You see someone with 5 years sober when you're on day 3 — and the shame spiral starts. That's not recovery. That's comparison. Sobrivo is different by design. There is no public feed. No strangers. No comparison. Just private, honest recovery work, every day. Your accountability circle — on your terms. Invite the people who matter: a sponsor, a close friend, a family member. They see only what you choose to share — your streak, your days sober. Never your mood, cravings, thought records, or anything you write. Privacy isn't a feature. It's the foundation. Create small groups within your circle — a family group, a sponsor group, a treatment cohort. See each other's weekly intentions. React with support. Stay connected without exposing anything clinical. CBT tools used in real addiction therapy: • Thought Records — identify and reframe the automatic thoughts that fuel cravings • Urge Surfing — mindfully ride out cravings without acting on them • Daily Check-Ins — track mood, cravings, and triggers over time • Weekly Reflections — build self-awareness and recognize patterns • Background questionnaire — understand how your history connects to your recovery Michelle — your AI recovery companion. Available 24/7. Trained in CBT and motivational interviewing. Asks the right questions, never judges. There when your sponsor isn't available at 2am. (Premium) Progress tracking that respects your privacy. Charts, streaks, milestone celebrations. Proof that what you're doing is working — stored on your device, visible only to you. In English, French, and Spanish. Built with cultural and linguistic accessibility in mind. For clinics, treatment centres, and EAP programs. Sobrivo supports private group circles for care teams, sponsors, and cohorts — built for the way real treatment relationships work. Contact hello@sobrivo.com to learn more. What Sobrivo is: A daily companion grounded in real therapy, built for people who are serious about recovery. What Sobrivo isn't: A social network. A public forum. A place to compare. A replacement for professional care. Sobrivo is a wellness tool. Not a licensed mental health professional. Not a substitute for medical advice or addiction treatment. 3 Days Free trial, cancel anytime. Terms of Use: https://sobrivo.com/#terms
