Step into ancient Egypt with Senet, a beautifully crafted strategy game of sticks, tokens, special squares, and timeless fun.
Senet - Step back in time with a beautifully crafted digital version of one of the world’s oldest known board games. Inspired by the ancient Egyptian game played more than 4,000 years ago, this app brings Senet to life with a rich Egyptian visual style, ornate game pieces, decorated throwing sticks, hieroglyphic symbols, golden icons, and atmospheric game graphics.
Throw the sticks, move your tokens along the 30-square board, and guide them safely through the special houses of the game. Land on the House of Happiness, avoid the House of Water, and use exact throws to move your pieces off the final squares. Play against another person or challenge the computer in a single-player match. The game includes helpful instructions, sound effects, optional speech, background music, reset controls, special-square guides, and a clear turn-by-turn display so players always know what to do next.
Senet is easy to learn, but full of strategy, chance, and ancient charm. Whether you are exploring history, introducing students to classic games from the ancient world, or simply enjoying a thoughtful board game with a beautiful Egyptian theme, this app offers a relaxing and engaging way to experience a game that has fascinated players for thousands of years.
