Daypages now speaks Simplified Chinese. • Simplified Chinese throughout the app, with its own daily quotes • Quick add understands more, like “lunch tomorrow at noon” or “dinner at 7” • Lock Screen widgets on iPhone and iPad: your next plans, right under the clock • Small fixes and improvements

Two pages, each with its own add. • On iPad in landscape, on the Mac and on tablets, each page now has a quiet New item line for its own day • On the Mac, double-click an empty part of a page to add to that day

Add from anywhere, without covering a thing. • The + now sits next to Day, Week, Month and Year, so it never hides a day • It adds to the day you are looking at

Add from anywhere. • The + now sits in the same place on Day, Week, Month and Year • It adds to the day you are looking at

More reliable calendars across iPhone and Mac. • Fixes duplicate appointments when Daypages iCloud sync and device calendars are both enabled • Improves linked calendar editing and protects events while calendars are still syncing

Small refinements. • Daypages asks for a rating a little sooner, only after a good moment and never more than once per update • Small polish throughout

Done is done, and still in view. • Ticked-off tasks stay on the page, struck through, in the week and month views too • Month dots count only what is still open, so a finished day looks calm

iPad, any way you hold it. • Daypages on iPad now works in landscape, in Split View and with Stage Manager • The year view shows all twelve months whenever they fit • Small refinements throughout

Careful fixes. • Removing just one day of a repeating event now always removes the day you picked • On tablets, notes and events on the right-hand page open that page's own day • Small polish throughout

A tidier week and month. • Busy days in the week view now fit neatly in their card • In the month view, today's date and its dots line up with every other day • Week numbers sit level with the dates

See your year at a glance. • New in Settings: shading for the year view • Busier days get a deeper tint in your theme's own colour • Prefer the calm dots? They stay the default

All-day items, fixed. • An all-day item now keeps exactly the end date you chose • Repeating all-day items no longer show up twice in your other calendars • Items that were affected are corrected automatically

Edit a task, not just tick it. • Tap a task to open it and change the title, day, time, repeat or notes • The circle still marks it done in one tap

Events that span several days. • An event can now run from a start date to an end date in one entry • Set an end date for a trip or a few days off, no repeat needed • It shows on every day it covers

Repeating events, tidied up. • A repeating event now copies to your linked calendars cleanly, without duplicate days • The series ends exactly on the date you chose • Choosing an end date is easier, with a calendar picker

A tidier day. • Every view now lists a day's items in time order, from whatever calendar they come from • Event titles all read in the same colour

The same on every device. • An event you make in Daypages now looks like yours on your other devices too, not like a plain synced entry

In time order. • In the month view, a day's items now sort by the clock, whether they are yours or from another calendar

A quicker way to add. • Tap the + on a day in the month view to start a new event for that day, right there

A tidier day. • Every entry on the day page now lines up in one clean column, whether it is your own or comes from another calendar

Small refinements under the hood, and a calmer polish here and there. Thank you for keeping your days with us.

A quieter unlock. • If you have bought Pro, Daypages now remembers it and unlocks straight away, so it no longer asks you to restore or sign in every time you open the app • Restore is still there if you ever need it, and a refund still removes Pro as before Thank you for the report. Paying once should mean paying once.

A small fix, straight after yesterday's update. • In the month, tapping anywhere inside a day opens that day again, not only its number • The same was true in the minimal month, where the number had always been the only spot that answered Thank you for the report. It arrived the day it mattered.

A wider month, and repeats that behave. • The month is one ruled sheet now instead of little cards, so far more of each title fits on the day • Month and year move like the day and week pages do, following your finger instead of jumping when you let go • A trip or holiday that runs several days now shows on every one of those days, not only the day it starts • Opening a repeating appointment lands on the day you tapped, not on the day the series began • Changing one asks whether you mean that day or the whole series, the way deleting one always has • Pinch to zoom the month is off unless you switch it on in Settings Thank you for the notes that got us here.

A task that is done now reads as done. • Tick a task off anywhere, in Daypages, in the Reminders app or with Siri, and it stays on its day with a line through it instead of disappearing • It reads that way in the week too, not only on the day page • The glance surfaces, the month and the widget, still show only what is still open • Tap a task to open it: tick it off there, or remove it. On iOS it then goes from Daypages and from Reminders at once Thank you for writing in. A task should never just vanish.
