TEAM ROLES Everyone on a team is now an Owner, an Admin, or a Member. • Owner — runs the team and holds the subscription. One per team. • Admin — invites and removes people, manages broadcast groups and shared templates. • Member — sends, receives and acknowledges pings, and can broadcast to any group they're in. Existing accounts carry over automatically: supervisors became Owners, everyone else became a Member. Owners can assign Admins from Settings > Manage team. NEW • Message templates — save the messages you send most and drop one into a ping in a single tap. • Broadcast groups — build a group once, then ping everyone in it at the same time and see who it reached. • Voice pings — hold the mic to record and send audio when typing is too slow. • Shift status — set yourself On, On Break, or Off. Teammates who are off shift are hidden from the recipient list, so your ping always reaches someone who can answer. • Need help now — a dedicated urgent button that calls for help in one tap, no typing. • Shift reminders — set your working hours and get a nudge to go On when your day starts and Off when it ends. • Apple Watch — pings arrive on your wrist, and you can reply and acknowledge straight from the watch. • Custom initials — add up to three initials to your profile, shown next to your name. • Share PingApp with a teammate from Settings. • Now available in English, Spanish and German. We've refreshed the app with a redesigned dashboard that provides a clearer view of your current on-call status, along with a new, streamlined Teams list that makes it easier to browse and find your teams.
