Tap once and watch HappyTrail draw your hike on the map in real time. Save every route, paint it your favorite color, and share the view — completely ad-free.
Lace up and go. HappyTrail turns your iPhone into a simple, beautiful GPS trail recorder for hikes, walks, and runs — with no ads and nothing to buy.
Tap start and your route appears on the map, drawing itself line by line as you move. Slip your phone in your pocket and HappyTrail keeps recording in the background. When you're done, you get an instant summary — total distance and time — and your trail is saved with a single tap.
Every trail lives in your own library, ready to revisit. Give it a name, slide through the color wheel to make it yours, and choose whether it appears on your main map. Found a route worth bragging about? Share a crisp map snapshot of it to any app or message.
Best of all, your trails follow you. Everything syncs automatically through iCloud, so the hike you recorded on your iPhone is waiting on every device you own.
