Improvements and fixes • Support for iPhone Duo. On the inner display, menus, lists and detail cards sit in a column on the left, leaving the map free on the right. On the outer display, the buttons sit along the edge. • Bug fixes and improvements.

Improvements and fixes • More reliable flight data. • Search now tells you when a flight simply isn't in the air, instead of showing an error. • Anonymous usage statistics show us which features are used, so we know what to improve. Nothing that identifies you is sent, and you can turn it off in the menu.

• Aircraft in their true shape. The map now tells widebodies, jumbo jets (747, A380), business jets, turboprops, light aircraft, fighters and military transports apart. • Military traffic is marked with a shield on the map, in lists and in the widget, and can be filtered under Filters. • Correct routes for flights with stopovers: flights that stop along the way now show the leg they're actually flying, and round trips get a route too. • New full-screen widget on iOS 27.

Updated for iOS 27! Added full screen widget for iOS 27.

Bug fixes + landscape mode.

Airline logos are now in the app. You'll see them on the aircraft detail card, in the search and spotter lists, and next to every airline in the filter.

Added fallback for AISStream (the ship side of the app). Not full coverage yet, but it's in the works.

Bug fixes, improvements, and a new AISStream status indicator to help you keep track of service availability.

Window Seat just got even better! You can now choose the view from either side of the plane. And as a bonus, you can jump into the cockpit and experience the flight from a seat normally reserved for very few.

WINDOW SEAT IS HERE! Tap any plane on the map and step aboard, the landscape sweeps past the wing, the horizon tilts as the aircraft banks, and the light is right to the minute, from dawn over the North Sea to pitch-black night on the way to New York. Long-haul to Tokyo, family's holiday flight on its last miles home, or a helicopter where you're up front in the cockpit.

New in 1.6! - Bug fixes.

New map style! Radar mode now has its own sharper dark base map with fewer distractions.

Bug fixes.

New: photos! • Tap an aircraft to see a real photo of the plane. • Notable ships, ferries, cruise liners and more now show a photo. • Augmented Reality got some optimisations.

Some work behind the scenes.

Faster aircraft loading and more reliable live data.
