Cara's interface is calm and focused. An animated ocean-wave background shifts through six daily phases—night, dawn,
morning, midday, sunset, dusk—creating an ambient, breathing experience. Your cycle data uses a soft color language:
coral for menstrual, teal for follicular, lavender for luteal. No gamification. No artificial streaks or badges. Just
your data, clearly presented.
