Dog lunging or barking on walks? Log a reaction in two taps, run today's calm-down protocol, and watch your dog's trigger map shift toward calm.
Mellow is a guided behavior-modification program for reactive, anxious, and fearful dogs — not another bag of obedience tricks. If your dog lunges or barks on walks, freezes at the vet, or can't be left alone, Mellow gives you a structured plan to run between behaviorist sessions, when the waitlist is months long and a single session costs $100–200.
Most dog apps teach "sit" and "shake." Mellow does one thing: it helps you lower your dog's reactivity, one logged moment at a time.
THE DAILY LOOP — TWO TAPS, THEN CALM
• Log an incident in two taps: tap the trigger (other dogs, bikes, strangers…), tap the intensity. That's it.
• Run today's session — a short, guided protocol like "Settle on a mat," with clear steps, a step timer and a clicker.
• Watch your dog's trigger map move as the logged data turns into a plan that adapts to THIS dog.
YOUR WEDGE: THE ADAPTIVE TRIGGER MAP
Every reaction you log feeds a living map of your dog's triggers, distances, and thresholds. Over weeks you see — honestly — whether the dog is handling things at a closer distance, recovering faster, reacting less. It's the picture a good behaviorist draws on a whiteboard, kept up to date automatically.
BUILT FOR REACTIVE-DOG OWNERS, NOT HOBBYISTS
• Threshold-distance tracking grounded in desensitization & counter-conditioning (BAT / LAT-style work)
• An honest weekly streak — sessions in the last 7 days, never inflated, never engagement bait
• Gentle reminders only to save a streak or a scheduled session — nothing that adds noise to an anxious household
• A bite-risk safety notice that points you to a certified professional when a reaction warrants it
FREE FOREVER FOR THE THINGS THAT MATTER
• Unlimited incident & session logging
• Your dog's profile and trigger list
• The "Settle on a mat" starter protocol
• The last 7 days of history and your weekly streak
You never lose your dog's record behind a paywall.

A NOTE ON CARE
Mellow tracks behavior and helps you stay consistent — it is not medical or professional training advice. For bites, escalating aggression, or a dog in distress, please loop in your vet or a certified behaviorist.
Calm is a plan, not a personality. Let's build it.
