myTriage puts simple sticky notes on your Mac desktop, so the things you need to remember stay close without taking over your screen.
PLAN WHAT COMES NEXT
Use a Triage sticky to sort tasks into Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Later or Optional. When plans change, drag a task to a different section.
WRITE THINGS DOWN
Create a freeform sticky for an idea, list, phone number or anything else you want nearby. Paste text and let the note grow vertically. Resize it, choose a color and format your text from the compact visual menu. Point to an icon to see what it does.
KEEP NOTES WHERE YOU NEED THEM
Adjust background opacity with a slider. Turn on Always on Top to keep every sticky above other app windows. Hide notes and bring them back when you need them.
PROTECT YOUR NOTES
Set a six digit passcode and enable Auto Lock if you want it. Lock one sticky or lock them all. Locked notes hide their contents, and individually locked notes can still be moved. Your notes are stored encrypted on your Mac.
WORK TOGETHER NEARBY
Share a collaboration sticky with someone on the same local network. They choose Find, you choose Invite and both of you can edit the note. The connection is encrypted and does not pass through a Kaleidosky server.
BACK UP YOUR WORKSPACE
Save all your stickies as one encrypted file protected by a separate backup password. Choose iCloud Drive or another folder. Restore your notes later or move your workspace to another Mac.
EXPAND WITH MYTRIAGE PRO
The free version includes up to 10 personal stickies. myTriage Pro removes that limit and enables creating and hosting collaboration stickies. Invited people can join and edit shared notes without purchasing Pro.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Use myTriage in English, Spanish, French, German or Danish. The app follows your preferred supported language in macOS.
Requires macOS 14 or later. Collaboration requires compatible versions of myTriage on both Macs and permission to use the local network.

This update also brings the compact Studio menu, improved text pasting and note sizing, smoother scrolling and trackpad interactions, consistent text colors after Return, fixes for locking and moving individual notes, reliable sticky deletion and an Always on Top setting.
Choose your preferred language for myTriage in macOS System Settings, then reopen the app.
