Reflection Windows Review two completed time windows using the same reading type and signal filter, with included and excluded counts visible. 1. Open History and choose Compare windows. 2. Choose 7, 14 or 30 days per window, a reading type and minimum stored signal confidence. 3. Review the medians and observed difference or share the summary. A labeled illustrative example is available. Today is excluded. Captures shorter than 20 seconds, missing pulse values and readings below the selected filter are excluded. Each window needs at least three included readings for a median comparison. Signal filtering does not establish accuracy. Unpaired observations do not establish a health change or an exercise effect. Your pattern is saved and easy to edit. • Reading streak — see how many days in a row you've logged a reading, with milestones that mark when your 14-day baseline becomes reliable.
