PaperRoute Link puts routes, collections, Yard work, vehicle loads and on-site sales in one place for waste and recycling teams. Staff can see what is next, record the work as it happens and keep the office informed.
PaperRoute, the platform behind Link, is on Defra's compatible software providers list for Digital Waste Tracking receipt-of-waste reporting, having passed its production approval tests.
Run the day's routes
• View assigned routes, stop details and progress.
• See planned collections and deliveries, remaining work and vehicle capacity.
• Navigate to stops and complete pre-trip and post-trip checks.
Record work on site
• Confirm actual item quantities and weights.
• Add notes, photos and reasons for items that could not be collected.
• Review the work with the customer and capture their signature.
• Generate Waste Transfer Notes and delivery notes from completed work.
Manage the Yard and vehicle
• See booked arrivals and record incoming waste, receipt times, weights and supporting evidence.
• Record rejected loads and create outgoing transfers with the relevant paperwork.
• See what is on the vehicle and record depot loads and unloads.
Take payments where enabled
• Build a sale, review charges and take permitted payments on site.
• Issue receipts, view transactions and manage refunds where permitted.
Keep work moving
• Record manual collections without a route where enabled.
• Save supported collections and incoming Yard transfers when signal drops, then sync when connected again.
• Receive route updates and message the office.
PaperRoute Link is for authorised staff at organisations using the PaperRoute platform. Available tools depend on your organisation's setup, your permissions and connectivity.
