Meetings get a big upgrade — all on-device. Nothing leaves your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Much better meeting transcripts • A new on-device speech engine transcribes your meetings far more accurately — especially longer meetings, and Danish with the odd English word mixed in. • Re-transcribe older meetings in one tap: open a meeting, tap “Re-transcribe”, and it’s rebuilt with the new engine — then the minutes regenerate from it. Read the minutes in any language • New “Translate minutes to…” renders a meeting’s minutes in any of the app’s 15 languages, fully on-device. It opens in its own view to read, copy or share — your original minutes stay untouched. • So a French colleague on a Spanish project can read Danish minutes in French, without the audio ever leaving the device. Plus localisation updates, and the usual round of fixes and polish.

This update makes the Economy section ready for finance. Exchange rates, your way • New FX rates viewer with live rates — tap “Update now” to pull the latest from the European Central Bank. • Set fixed exchange rates per project, so a signed contract keeps the rate you agreed on instead of drifting with the market. Reports finance can actually use • Export a full Economy snapshot as a PDF — cash-flow chart up top, then balance, contracts and the complete dated payment schedule, with every date and amount so the numbers reconcile. • Export the same data to Excel (.xlsx), cleanly styled with the cash-flow chart included. • Export the funding model as an Excel workbook, pre-filled with your project’s figures — hand it to finance and let them run their own scenarios. • All exports now follow your chosen Report Language. Suppliers • Editing a supplier now updates that supplier instead of creating a duplicate. • New quick-actions menu (⋯) on each supplier. Plus the usual round of fixes and polish.

Multi-currency gets sharper • New exchange-rate view: see the exact ECB rate applied to every currency, and tap "Update now" to refresh today's rates. • Fixed rates: lock your own rate per project so your totals don't move with the daily fixing. • Economy PDF snapshot: share balance, contracts and cash flow as a clean one-page PDF. • Supplier editing is more reliable, with a new quick-actions (⋯) menu on every supplier. • Fixes: corrected a currency double-conversion in supplier totals.

ECONOMY ACROSS CURRENCIES • Every contract and supplier can now be held in the currency it was signed in. • Pick one reporting currency and all totals convert automatically using daily ECB rates. No more amounts that silently change currency without being converted. • Each line shows its own currency; the bottom line and margin roll up in your reporting currency.

Sharper meetings and minutes • Minutes in the meeting's own language — hold the meeting in English, Swedish, German or one of 14 languages, and the minutes are now written in the right language automatically. • The app learns your words — fix a name or a place once and Capture Log remembers it, getting better at hearing it next time. No glossary to maintain. • Suggested corrections — recognised mistakes are shown in context, so you can approve or dismiss with one tap. • Cleaner minutes — tidier bullet points and no stray empty fields in the text. • Reliable long meetings — even long recordings now turn into finished minutes. • Better Nordic places and names (e.g. the Faroe Islands). • The meeting list refreshes automatically after a recording. We've rebuilt how Capture Log feels to use. The whole app now reads like one book you flip through — plus a big clean-up so the things that matter stand out. Your whole project, as one book New "book" navigation: section tabs across the top and a chapter index down the right edge — jump anywhere and always know where you are. Fold it away when you want more room to write. Clearer names throughout: your cross-project book is the Notebook, each project is a Chapter, and files, photos and drawings live under Collections. Photos, reimagined Full-screen photo viewer — swipe between shots and pinch to zoom. Mark up a photo: draw an arrow or highlight a detail. The marked-up version is saved as a new copy, so your original stays untouched. Share one or many at once via AirDrop, Mail or Files — with an optional footer stamping the project number, name and date onto each image. Actions that keep up with you Capture personal to-dos that don't belong to any project (e.g. "bring cups for the office party") — they're remembered right in your To-do list. Turn any note line into an action: start the line with [] and press return. Add GPS site coordinates to a project straight from the field. Faster and tidier Projects, Opportunities, Streams, My Week and To-do now load noticeably faster. A thorough housekeeping pass: removed duplicate buttons and redundant menus, sharpened every icon, and de-cluttered the timeline — less noise, more signal.
