Miles is an AI running coach connected directly to your running data.
Connect Garmin, Coros, Apple Health, or Polar, and your runs sync seamlessly as you train. From there, Miles does what a good coach does: it reads every run, tells you what it means, and adjusts the plan with you.
Talk to it like a chatbot — but one that already knows your last six months of running. Ask about race strategy, a missed week, or a sore knee, and get an answer grounded in your own training.
AN ANALYSIS AFTER EVERY RUN
Splits, heart-rate zones, pacing, decoupling — deep analysis, plainly written. Every workout read on its own terms, whether it was intervals, a tempo, a long run, or an easy day.
A SCHEDULE THAT ADJUSTS BY ASKING
Tell the coach about a missed run or a busy week and it edits the schedule with you. Completed runs and planned workouts sit side by side, so the week ahead is always in view.
CRITICAL SPEED, THE PACE YOU CAN HOLD FOR AN HOUR
Predicted continuously from your runs and race history. The basis for your lactate-threshold pace and heart-rate zones. The same model elite coaches use — without the lab visit.
RACE TIMES THAT MOVE WITH YOUR FITNESS
Best-in-class predictions from your own fitness curve, recomputed each week. Mile through marathon, with confidence bands.
Tuned for runners who need no extra motivation. If you know what threshold pace means and you want a coach that does too, this was built for you.

This app has really helped me become a much smarter runner. I’m already an experienced runner who runs 30-50 miles a week, but Miles has gotten me to (1) run my easy runs slower, helping with my recovery, and (2) improved how I’ve approached my tempo runs. I feel like this has set me up for better success for marathon training. I really like how Miles automatically analyzes your runs after you complete them, you don’t have to do any manual logging or uploading. Also, I like how I was able to upload my own training program.
Much better than ChatGPT
SpeedLimit120
Before Miles I used ChatGPT as a running coach, pasting in screenshots of my runs and asking it for help with my marathon training. Miles is MUCH more seamless, and gives deeper and more technical analysis of my runs. Once you connect your watch the runs automatically get analyzed by Miles. I've uploaded my training program so it knows my upcoming schedule, and lets me know when i'm building up too much fatigue. Would recommend to any serious runner!!
Great app
wdclad2
I love this app. I’m training for the Chicago marathon and managing Achilles issues. Previously I was chatting with Chat GPT about my training and copy pasting every run I did into it. This coach has all my Garmin data synced up and has been great for deciding how to adjust my training around my injuries. It also has provided insight into my workouts I didn’t know before, like heart rate drift and consistency between reps. Great app. Also love that it pushes the workouts to my watch.
