Word Tack 2.0 is our biggest update yet. A fresh look • A new home screen, with your next level, the daily puzzle and the shop pinned to the desk. • A new opening animation. • How to Play is now five short cards you can swipe through. Hear the game • Sound packs in the shop: Typewriter, Stationery Drawer, Music Box, Wind Chimes and Arcade, plus Golden Handbells and Starlight Celesta. • Rising rows: each row you solve plays a note higher than the last, so you can hear how far along you are. The free Paper sounds do this too. • Row seals each have a sound of their own. 50 daily puzzles • The daily puzzle now draws from 50 puzzles, up from 7. Never stuck for long • Up to three unsolved levels are open at once, and each keeps your board when you switch between them. • Pick up a tile before using an Inkling or a Clue to aim it at that word. • Hold a tile to look its word up in the dictionary. • See the finished board after you solve the last row. Better with VoiceOver • Move a card up or down a row from the Actions rotor. • Two-finger double-tap to hear the words that are left. • Look up any word from the Actions rotor. • Moved cards keep their place as you swipe through the board. • The last two rows read out their words, and the results wait until VoiceOver has finished. Also • Contact support from Settings. • Fixed cards that could be left out of place after an interrupted drag, and the Levels card being cut off at the top. Bug fix Inklings now always link two words from groups you haven’t solved yet. Near the end of a level, an Inkling could point to a row you’d already finished. Thank you to the player who reported this!

Tap to swap Moving tiles is now easier. Tap a tile, then tap another, and they swap places. Tap the same tile again to put it back. Dragging still works too. 20 new levels Levels 121–140 are here, in two new sets: • Play Time: Toy Box, Fairy Tales, At the Arcade, Magic & Illusion and more. • Global Tour: Street Food, Hats of the World, Festivals of the World, Famous Streets and more. Better VoiceOver support • Double-tap a card to select it, then double-tap another card to swap them. No need to double-tap and drag. • Swiping through the cards now always follows the board, row by row, even after cards have moved. Thank you to the players whose feedback shaped this update!

Better VoiceOver support • VoiceOver now announces solved rows, Inklings and Clues. • Cards say where they sit on the board, like “TOAST, row 3, card 2”. You can turn this off in Settings.
