Built for plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, roofers, restoration crews, and the partner network that feeds them work. RefSource keeps every referral organized in one shared queue, so shops can respond fast, partners can see what happened, and commissions get paid on time.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
For partners (the ones sending referrals):
• Submit a new referral in three taps — pick the receiving shop, choose the service type, add a note or a photo.
• Watch a single queue showing every referral you've sent, status at a glance, and the commission owed back to you.
• Attach photos of jobsite damage or proof-of-completion to keep the receiving shop aligned.
• Get notified the moment a referral is accepted, scheduled, or completed.
For shops receiving referrals:
• See every incoming referral in one queue, sorted by age and urgency.
• Update status as you work — Accepted → Scheduled → In Progress → Completed → Paid.
• Track KPIs across all your partners — response time, conversion rate, commission paid.
• Manage your team's permissions with admin / manager / viewer roles.
For admins:
• Customize status mappings, service types, commission rules, notification preferences, and your shop's branding to match your business.
• Invite teammates, set roles, and audit who did what.

RefSource uses email-based magic-link sign-in — no passwords. Tap "Sign In," enter your email, and we send you a one-time link. The link expires in 15 minutes.
