EquipHours
Equipment Maintenance Log
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
EquipHours is a fast equipment maintenance log for small contractors, landscapers, owner-operators, and micro-fleets.
Keep every machine's service history in one shared company garage. Your crew can update engine hours or mileage, record service work, attach receipt photos, and keep maintenance records current even when a paper logbook would get lost, damaged, or forgotten.
Use EquipHours to track:
- Engine hours and mileage
- Oil changes
- Hydraulic fluid
- Filters
- Greasing
- Tracks and tires
- Repairs
- Receipt photos
- Equipment service history
Owners can see which machines are current, approaching service, or overdue. EquipHours is built around quick field logging, photo-first equipment identification, and maintenance alerts that help prevent costly breakdowns.
Great for skid steers, mini excavators, compact tractors, mowers, trucks, trailers, UTVs, generators, and other service equipment.
No hardware required. No OBD device required. No per-user seat pricing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

New accounts get every feature free for 30 days. Forgot password? Reset it from the login screen. Printable QR labels: scan a machine's sticker to log service instantly. One-tap recommended maintenance schedules, 'due soon' alerts and a weekly summary. Fixed: keyboard covering fields, the navigation bar overlapping the tab bar, and Back losing a half-entered machine. Log out now asks first.
