MyOfficePilot

Everything in One File

Free · In‑App Purchases

Collections, mail, calendar and notes in one app – now with form templates, Evernote import and notes that feel like paper. Stop searching through five different apps. MyOfficePilot brings emails, documents, photos, events and tasks together in a single file—with AI working directly on your device. EVERYTHING ABOUT ONE TOPIC. IN ONE FILE. MyOfficePilot doesn’t organise your life around apps, folders or inboxes. It organises everything around what actually matters: the matter at hand. A holiday, a home purchase, insurance, your car or your family—everything related to it belongs in ONE file. ALMOST ANYTHING CAN GO INSIDE • Emails • Documents and PDFs • Photos from your library • Bookmarks and links • Locations you can open in Maps • Notes—including handwritten notes with Apple Pencil • Lists • Events and tasks • Videos Everything related to one matter. All in one place. AI THAT THINKS AHEAD—ON YOUR DEVICE On-device AI recognises invoices, contracts and potential action items. It suggests the appropriate file and can turn a detected deadline into a task. Processing happens directly on your device—with no AI cloud and no tracking. YOUR ORIGINALS STAY WHERE THEY ARE A file references your content instead of creating unnecessary copies. Nothing is moved and nothing is stored twice. Deleting a file in MyOfficePilot does not delete the original document or email. ONE APP. ONE SUBSCRIPTION. THE WHOLE FAMILY. The Family subscription gives Premium to you and up to seven invited family members—with no additional subscriptions or per-person fees. Share selected files with your family through iCloud and decide whether others can view or edit them. When one person adds something, everyone with permission can see it. A COMPLETE EMAIL EXPERIENCE Connect your IMAP accounts and manage your emails in one unified inbox. Calendar and task management are included too—native on iPhone, iPad and Mac and synced through iCloud. PART OF THE PILOT SUITE Bring scans across from MyScanPilot and use the same files throughout the Pilot Suite. Integration with contracts from MyFamilyPilot is currently being prepared as a beta feature. Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

New in MyOfficePilot 1.0.4: • Templates as forms – phone note, meeting, to-do list, daily plan and project note as designed forms with fixed fields. Type in them or just fill them in with your pencil. • Import from Evernote – bring over notebooks as an .enex file, with images, PDFs and tags. • Notes like on paper – lasso to move and resize, tape to cover things up, a zoom window for large handwriting, page links, and recordings that jump to the right spot when you tap your notes. • Widgets and shortcuts – “Today” and “Tickets & Codes” as widgets, quick capture in Control Center and on the Action button. • Quick access extended – new list and new note right on “Today”, in three sizes. • Smarter mail – events in an email are recognised and added with one tap. • Large PDFs scroll smoothly – with a “Page x of y” indicator. • Noticeably faster – collections, mail, calendar and notebooks respond more smoothly, even while syncing in the background.
