Vizor is non-custodial. You are responsible for backing up your secret passphrase. Vizor cannot recover your funds if your backup is lost.
I’ve tried a number of crypto wallets over the years, and being a designer I tend to have gripes about most of them either from a technical standpoint or a user experience standpoint. Vizor is the first wallet where I began using it and immediately was just like yeah this is slick. Very quick, very stable. Big fan.
Constant Sync failures & support email bounced

Downloaded it and still has yet to be able to complete a sync of the chain. Fails every time. Wish I would’ve known before sending a test transaction to the new wallet in the app. Went to report it and reach out to the Vizor support email and the email bounced back as undeliverable to the email listed here in the App Store. Not sure there could be a worse first impression. Long time ZODL/Zashi user and will just go back where I don’t have to worry about the app (or support emails) failing. Not exactly the kind of thing you want when dealing with private unstoppable money. Pretty bummed as I had heard positive things from the team around this wallet on X. Would not recommend at all at this point.

Finally a Zcash wallet that is intuitive to use, has all the features we love about ZODL but also has MULTI ACCOUNT and is available on ALL PLATFORMS!We’ve been waiting for this for a LONG time.Well done!

They got the best UI plus it’s open source so you can just contribute to it and add features. I added the viewing key export feature and it got in pretty quick lol.
