New reminder option: "Notify me even when the email covers everyone". You'll find it in the agenda settings, under the automatic email reminder. If you also message your clients yourself, for example on WhatsApp, the morning notice still comes when all of tomorrow's appointments already get the email.

Technical update that brings the iPhone app in line with the Android version. Nothing changes in everyday use.

Your session now renews itself: OPDesk no longer asks you to sign in again every week. Before, after seven days you were back at the sign-in screen even if you had been using the app every day. Fill in the day's recap whenever you like, without waiting for the evening. It's in the Tasks tab: tap "Fill in today's recap" and mark how the appointments that already happened went. The ones still to come are listed with their time, and stay open for later.

Line breaks in reminders now stay where you put them. If you wrote a template across several lines, it used to reach the client as one solid block — now it goes out exactly as you wrote it. The assistant no longer invents repeats. A one-off commitment doesn't become "every day" any more, and the confirmation you read before saying yes now tells you out loud whether it repeats. Reminder buttons show the real channel marks: WhatsApp, an envelope for email, a bubble for SMS. You can see at a glance what you're about to open. Twenty-two tutorial videos inside the app, under Settings → Help, filmed on the phone app itself: what you see in the video is what you're holding. When one video ends the next one starts, without going back to the list. Subtitles have their own button under the video. The client history link is now created when it's needed: reminders no longer go out saying "Appointment history:" with nothing after it. Also fixed: an AI provider you could pick and then get refused, package expiry dates shown in a technical format, and a help message promising something that didn't exist.

When a client is running out of sessions in a package, OPDesk tells you: pick whether to hear about it at one, two or three sessions left. That is the right moment to offer a renewal — before the package runs out. The notice comes to you, once per package, and opens that client's record. It is off by default. In the schedule the client's name is readable in narrow columns too: where space was tight, only the time and the service used to be left. On the phone the hour column is narrower, leaving more room inside each day for what is written there. Dictation no longer types the same sentence twice.

The schedule has a new view: the week by hours, the one you know from other calendars. It sits next to the dotted one — pick whichever you prefer. From the month view you can tap the next month's days shown at the bottom of the grid, and the schedule jumps there. The day sheet now has "Open the day". When you send a reminder by tapping WhatsApp, SMS or email, the "Sent" mark is now set for you. If the link to a client's record can't be created, the app now tells you why and what to fix. Dictation no longer stops while you think, and the microphone icon now really shows whether it is listening.

OPDesk comes to Apple Watch: your schedule on your wrist, with complications on the watch face. Names are hidden automatically when you lower your arm. You can now share a calendar with the people who assist you: one invitation per person, one calendar at a time, revocable whenever you want. On iPad the two-week view fits on two rows, just like on the desktop. A simpler first sign-in, and the in-app guide has been updated.

A new look Larger text, easier buttons to tap, the system font and the eight themes redesigned, light and dark. The profile circle At the top left, the circle with your initials opens profile, subscription, voice notes, data check, settings, appearance and guide. Conversations with the assistant open by tapping the chat title. Settings as a list Each item opens its own page, with search at the top. Agenda settings also open from the gear at the top of the agenda. Agenda Pick the view — day, week, two weeks, month, list — from a menu. The week shows the time of every item, the month shows dots with the tapped day below, and the list starts from today. Tasks Tick them with the circle and open them with a tap; swipe the row for the other commands. Series and reminders Changing the date or time of something that repeats always asks whether it applies to this occurrence only or to the whole series. In the reminders round, "Mark as sent" tells you who already got theirs. And also The date picker speaks your language. On iPad in landscape, an open edit no longer carries over to another client. The guide the app carries with it, offline too, now describes 5.0.

One tick at a time A repeating agenda task — medicine every evening at 10:30 pm, a check every Monday — is now marked done for that occurrence only: the others stay open. You can tick it from the Tasks list, from recurring items ("Done") and from the sheet that opens in the agenda. Future occurrences can be ticked too. Half a second to move To drag an item in the agenda with your finger, hold it for half a second instead of a full second. Clients or projects If you work by projects, the app calls the record a "project" and the person behind it a "contact", everywhere. New users choose how they organise their work right away, and the guided tour follows that choice. The link appears when needed If the message includes the client page, the link is created on the first tap on WhatsApp, SMS or Email in "Send confirmation": opening and closing the sheet no longer creates anything. Readable notices In the light theme yellow notices were barely visible: now they are readable. An up-to-date guide The guide the app carries with it, offline too, now describes 4.9.

NEW — Data check One more tab in the menu. Tap Check and OPDesk looks at three things: how the email of the domain you point it at is set up (who can send in your name, what happens to a message forged in your name), your site's certificate, and whether the address you signed in with appears in any known data breach. Every answer opens up and explains what it means and what it changes for you — no acronyms to decode. Where something needs fixing, you get a message already written, ready to copy and send to whoever runs your domain. If you sign in with a provider mailbox (Gmail and the like) you don't have a domain of your own: the credential check still runs, and the domain questions are marked as not applicable until you enter one. When a check can't run, we say so instead of declaring you clear: "I didn't look" never turns into "there's nothing there". Please note: the findings are written in Italian only. Chat separates days A date now appears between messages — Today, Yesterday, then the full day. A conversation picked up a week later no longer looks as if it all happened just now. Internal notes In the appointment form the notes field is now called "Internal notes", with a line underneath saying where the note meant for the client goes instead. Where notes end up hasn't changed: what changed is the label above them. If you have turned on the client's read-only page In the agenda settings you'll find "See open links": every link still valid in a single list, with its expiry date, Revoke on each row and a "Revoke all". Before, you could only look at them one client at a time.

OPDesk is now on iPad too. The same app you have on iPhone, with the same account: on tablet the side menu stays open and the calendar uses the full width of the screen. The guided tour no longer covers the app. Its cards are smaller and, with the keyboard open, they leave the field you are filling in visible. On iPad, as well: · collapsing the side menu now actually widens the calendar, instead of leaving an empty strip on the right; · in a client's page, the recurring-tasks box shows the full rule title and all of its buttons.

A guided tour to get started The first time you open OPDesk, it asks whether you'd like a two-minute tour. If you accept, it walks you through step by step: you create your first client, book them an appointment, add something to do, and ask the chat what you have coming up with them. It's your own real data, and whatever you create stays. You can answer "Not now", you can stop halfway with "Skip the tour", and if you change your mind you'll find it again in Settings, under Help and guidance. If something interrupts you, the tour steps aside and asks whether you want to pick it up again. No more moving an appointment by accident Dragging an appointment no longer saves anything straight away: a bar appears at the bottom of the calendar with the new day and time, and asks you to confirm. Until you tap SAVE, nothing has changed. Picking an appointment up now also takes a longer press: ten minutes of the timetable are two millimetres of fingertip, and while scrolling it was easy to move something without noticing. Notify the client straight from the chat When you book or reschedule an appointment by talking to the assistant, a "Notify client" button appears under the reply: it prepares the message for you and hands it to WhatsApp, SMS or email, depending on the contact details you've saved for that client. The chat reads better Replies now stay inside the screen even when they include a client or appointment card — the ends of the lines used to run past the edge. Highlighted words are bold and lists have proper bullets, instead of raw asterisks. And the note underneath a card is no longer tiny grey text: it reads like everything else. Reminders: you find out when something doesn't go out If an automatic email reminder is rejected, opening that day's reminders shows it in red, along with the client you'll need to contact yourself — the app does not try again. And a line at the top tells you how many of that day's appointments the automatic email can't reach, because there's no address on file. When the signing code doesn't arrive The signing screen now has a "Not receiving the email?" section: it explains why the code might not arrive, gives you the support address to write to, and lets you sign out. If you registered with an email and password, you can also correct your address. And when our emails bounce back, the screen tells you, instead of leaving you to tap "Resend" without knowing why. Session packages Archiving a card now asks for confirmation, names the client, and tells you where to find it again. The list can be sorted by sessions left: "fewest first" puts the people who are about to run out at the top. Calendar In Day view, two appointments at the same time share the space instead of covering each other. And all-day entries — holidays, closing days — are now properly saved when you drag them into or out of the strip at the top of the calendar.

In the new-activity form the Create and Cancel buttons are visible again: they were ending up under the bottom bar. The end date no longer fills itself in when you tap it, and you can clear it. Recurring entries you created in the calendar now also show up in your list of recurring rules, where they used to be missing. And recurring events with a set time no longer shift by an hour when the clocks change.

An activity's colour now follows the calendar you filed it under: put it in Personal and you'll see it in your Personal colour. Until now it stayed purple whatever you picked. We also fixed the activity form, which on iPhone showed the Client field twice. And the privacy notice you open from the app is always the latest published one, no longer the copy frozen at update time.

OPDesk now asks before deleting: calendars, services, locations, passes, appointments and shares no longer vanish on the first tap, and where we can count them the question tells you what goes with them. The task form has four matching fields — start date and time, end date and time — and you pick the calendar right away, including from the New button in the calendar. Dragging a repeating item now asks whether to move just that one or the whole series.

A simpler version: just Appointments and Tasks now. A task can have a time slot and live in your calendar, can be checked off when done, and the client is optional. The Tasks tab shows only what needs doing. Plus: chat recovers replies on weak connections, sensitive actions now ask for your password, updated guide.

Agenda on the Lock Screen • The agenda widget now works on the Lock Screen too: your next commitments are readable without unlocking the phone. • Times stay visible; names stay hidden until you unlock with Face ID. Calendar colours • A new set of colours that stay the same on every theme: blue, green, gold, orange, magenta and slate. They give three or four calendars genuinely different tints, even on themes where the theme's own colours look alike. • The theme colours stay where they were: the new set is an addition, not a replacement. Repeating events • You can now move a SINGLE occurrence of a repeating event without touching the others: change the date and time, and on save you're asked whether it applies to just that one or to the whole series. • Until now the date and time were locked on every occurrence except the first. Guide • The in-app guide, 24 pages, covers both new features and works offline.

Shared calendars • Calendars others have shared with you now also appear in the day sheet and the month view. • Items you receive carry a square marker, so you can tell them apart at a glance. • You get a notification when someone invites you, and tapping it takes you straight to where you accept. • You pick the colour of a calendar you receive — not the person who sent it. • New: share only the slots when you're busy — day, time and duration, with no title, client name or note. Tasks • The tab is now a single list with labels, instead of three separate sections. Fixes • A recurring task no longer leaves its preview behind once it's been completed. • The TASK and RECURRING labels are legible on light themes too. • "RECURRING" no longer appears twice at the bottom of the tab. • Some controls weren't hiding as they should on iPad and phone. Guide • The full 24-page guide is up to date and readable offline.

• The complete guide, to read and to print. A 23-page manual with the app's screens explained one by one, which you open from Settings → Guide and help. Inside the app it works without a connection too, and from there you download the PDF whenever you need it on paper. • The opening walkthrough is gone. In its place, a tip that appears only where a screen is empty and says what to do there: in the client list with no clients, in the agenda on a free period, in the notes before your first note. It never overlaps anything, it never shows up while you're typing, and if you don't need it you can turn it off for good with one tap. • The examples in the empty chat are now buttons: the phrase lands in the message box and you can change it before sending, instead of retyping it by hand. • When you ask the assistant to add several commitments at once, the chat lists them one by one instead of showing a single line for the whole batch.

• Share a calendar with another OPDesk account, read-only. Whoever receives it sees the title, day and time of your commitments; your client appointments and your notes never leave your own space. You can revoke the sharing whenever you like, and it takes effect immediately. • Widget colours now match the ones you see in the agenda. The widget used to paint rows with the default theme's palette instead of yours, and changing theme updated the background but not the rows.

• Mark notifications one at a time. Every row has its own read/unread button, and on your phone you can just swipe it sideways — either direction, because it always does the opposite of what it is now, so there is no wrong way round to remember. Until now you could only mark them all at once, and here reading happens by accident: you tap a row to see what it is, and it stops standing out. • The widget shows how many tasks are overdue even when the day is clear. Until yesterday the count only appeared when something was scheduled — so it vanished on exactly the day when it was the only thing the widget had to say.

• The schedule widget shows how many tasks are overdue, next to the day. A number, not a list: a list that keeps growing would eat the room for today's appointments • When your last appointment of the day is over, OPDesk asks how it went: from a single panel you mark each appointment as done, no-show or cancelled. Package sessions come off the completed ones, so the count stays right without redoing it by hand • A package you have already sold opens and can be corrected from the client's card and from the schedule panel • For a client who has been to you before, OPDesk offers the same services as last time — one tap to accept them. It offers them, it doesn't add them: a price that appears on its own gets invoiced without anyone reading it • On an appointment card the start time sits next to the name, on the row that is always there: on short appointments it used to be cut off • When you delete a recurring task you choose whether to remove only that one or all the following ones. The ones already done stay where they are: they are the record of what you did • A task that repeats at 9 stays at 9 even on the day the clocks change • You can set a task at midnight, and you can take the time off a task that has one: "no time" and "00:00" used to look the same • Opening a new entry no longer makes the keyboard jump up on its own: you can read the form before writing in it

• Book a whole run of appointments at once: "every Monday at 6pm, twelve times" creates twelve real appointments, each with its own price and outcome. If a slot is already taken it skips it and tells you • Packages are written once. "12 sessions, €500, valid 6 months" lives in your schedule settings: when you book an appointment you activate it on that client with a tap, and the terms stay the ones you sold • Decide appointment by appointment whether the session comes off the package: a session on the house takes nothing off the count • Reminders that go out on their own by email, as far ahead as you choose — from one hour to a week. You switch them on in settings, and they apply to clients whose address you have • Categories can carry a note for the client — first-visit rules, what to bring — that goes into the reminder message • A weekly rule can cover several days: "Monday, Wednesday and Friday" is one rule, not three • When you edit a recurring task you choose whether to change only that one or the whole series • In a client's card, appointments open and can be edited, and closed ones are easy to spot • When you pick a time, minutes go five by five, and the list ends instead of spinning forever • The assistant no longer turns what you asked for as a task into an appointment • The welcome tour says the same things in fewer steps

• Tap the notification for an item and that item opens: before, the app just opened and you had to go and find it • Notifications that arrived before this update still open the schedule only • Day-before alerts now arrive one per item, instead of a single one for the whole day • The Notifications section is now an inbox: from here on it holds what the app has sent you, split into read and unread, and a tap opens it • Today stands out at a glance in the calendar, in every theme • The calendar you pick on an appointment's card is now respected: they all used to land on your work calendar

• Calendars you switch off in the schedule stay off: they used to come back every time you closed and reopened the app • The widget now shows only the calendars you have switched on.
