Vow - Quit Your Bad Habits
Stop Smoking, Vaping, Drinking
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Every quit needs a reason. Vow builds your plan around yours and gets you through the cravings, one wave at a time.
Vow is the quit app for people who are done starting over. Quit smoking, stop vaping, quit drinking or break any bad habit: Vow builds your quit plan around the one thing strong enough to keep you going — your reason.
Smoking, vaping, nicotine, alcohol, weed, gambling, adult content, sugar, social media: whatever you're quitting, and however many habits at once, Vow is your quit tracker, sobriety counter and craving coach in one calm place.
YOUR VOW, YOUR REASON
Every quit starts as a promise: "for my daughter", "for my health", "for who I want to become". Vow anchors everything to it — your plan, your daily check-ins and the words you see in your hardest minute.
A QUIT PLAN BUILT FROM YOUR ANSWERS
A personal onboarding maps your triggers, history and routines, then shapes a day-by-day plan that fits your life. Not a generic streak counter: a plan to quit for good.
THE CRAVING SHIELD
When the urge hits, open the Shield: urge surfing, guided breathing, grounding and short coaching messages that carry you through the wave. Most cravings pass within minutes, and Vow is built for exactly those minutes. Crisis resources are always one tap away.
SEE WHAT QUITTING GIVES BACK

CALM, NOT SHAME
Slips happen. Vow never shames you. It helps you understand what happened and gets you back on track, with your reason still in front of you. Guided breathing and calm sessions give you something to do when it's hard.
ALWAYS WITH YOU
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, an Apple Watch app and reminders that sound like a friend, not a system.
