Switch to Ullam, and stay. • Import from Day One: bring your JSON export with photos and tags, or a folder of Markdown or text notes. Importing twice never duplicates. • Journaling Suggestions on iPhone: start an entry from a moment in your day — photos, places, music, workouts. • Save your day's mood to Apple Health (optional, in Settings). Moods in PIN-locked diaries stay in Ullam. • Ullam Premium now comes Yearly or Monthly, each with a 7-day free trial, or Lifetime: buy once, no subscription.

Capture the moment. Quick Entry: open Ullam and start writing in seconds, on iPhone and Mac. Save to Ullam from anywhere: share text, a link or a photo from Safari, Photos or another app. It waits, encrypted, under Pending Captures until you choose a diary. Writing reminders on the days you choose, at your time. Notifications never include anything you wrote.

A clearer Premium screen. It now shows exactly what Premium adds: unlimited notes, the on-device AI writing assistant and tag suggestions, your own templates, and PDF export. Multiple and hidden diaries, iCloud sync, widgets and mood insights were always free, and the screen now says so. Nothing you use today changes.

Own your data. • Entry templates — start from Gratitude, Daily Review, Travel Log, Dream or Goals, or make your own with Premium. • Encrypted backups — export your diary to a password-protected file and restore it on this or a new device. Protected diaries stay locked with their own pincode. • Share a single entry as Markdown. • Fixes: restoring onto a new device now opens your diary right away, Delete All Data no longer crashes, and Settings shows the correct version.

On This Day Your diary now remembers. When you wrote something on this date in a past year, it appears on your Today feed — and the new On This Day screen gathers every year at once. The big ones get their moment: one year, five years, ten. Memories reach across all your diaries. Locked diaries stay locked and are never included. You can turn it off any time in Settings. And as always, everything stays on your device.

"What's New in This Version" (v1.2) Find & organize your journal — privately. • Search everything — instantly find any entry across all your diaries by title, content, or tag. Locked diaries stay locked and are never searched. • Tags — organize entries with colored tags, then filter or browse by tag to revisit a theme. • AI tag suggestions — tap "Suggest tags" and on-device Apple Intelligence proposes tags for your entry. It runs entirely on your device — nothing is ever sent to a server. (Premium; requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence.) • Refinements and fixes throughout. As always: no account, no tracking, no servers. Your diary stays yours.

Ullam 1.1 brings your diary to life — and keeps it just as private. Voice notes — Record a thought out loud, right inside your entry. Video — Attach videos alongside your photos and words. Media sync — Your photos, videos, and voice notes now sync securely across your devices with iCloud (Premium). Everything still stays on your device, encrypted for your locked diaries — nothing is ever sent to us. Plus reliability improvements to keep your entries safe and fast. Thank you for writing with Ullam. We read every review.
