Your cycle entries stay in the app on your iPhone - no sign-in, no account servers, and your health data is never shared with us or anyone else. The free tier shows ads: if you allow tracking when iOS asks, an advertising identifier is used to measure them, and you can change that at any time in iOS Settings. Premium removes ads.
