Logbook is here. A private journal built into boopr: write whatever is on your mind, add photos, albums, and videos, and keep it all to yourself. Open it from the menu. • Make the app icon yours. boopr+ members can pick from the full boopurr icon family, with live previews in Settings. • Video feels better everywhere. Videos play right in the feed and in Logbook, expand to fullscreen and back without losing your place, and a compact card shows progress while your video posts in the background. • Smoother photos too. Photos zoom, albums swipe page by page, and GIFs play in place. • The feed keeps your place. Coming back to the app no longer jumps your reading position, and new posts wait behind the new posts pill instead of pushing the feed around. • Boops got more honest. Expired boops you sent now read Not opened, and boop streaks count only boops. • Profiles show your true post count, and a muted friend's profile shows a clear muted state instead of loading forever. • More dependable notifications. Turning them on later in system Settings is picked up right away, and banners no longer go missing when the app wakes from a cold start. • Restoring your account on a new phone now walks you through any policy updates instead of stopping partway. • Easier to read and use: higher contrast on feed buttons and better screen reader support throughout. • Security hardening and many more fixes.

boopr 1.0.2 is a big round of polish across the whole app, plus a few new things. New in this version: - Request an invite: no invite code yet? Leave your email on the welcome screen and we'll reach out when a spot opens. - Report comments: press and hold any comment to report it. For most report reasons, a written description is now optional. - Take back a boop: you can now delete a boop you sent before it's been opened. - Cancel a sent friend request right from the Sent tab. - Screen recordings now trigger their own "Screen recording alert" so friends can tell them apart from screenshots. Improvements and fixes: - Feed: posts that arrive while the app is asleep now show up the moment you come back, no restart needed. Comment counts and open threads update live. - Posting: a post submitted right before closing the app can no longer be lost, and a retried video upload can no longer create a duplicate. - Boops: fixed a rare case where a photo picked from your gallery failed to send, and a quick double-tap could open a boop twice. - Profiles: tapping a friend's avatar opens their full-size photo, profile videos load more reliably, and setting your first avatar is smoother. - Notifications: turning a category off now silences only the push notification; everything still stays up to date inside the app. - Comments: long threads now load past the first 50, and the composer focuses as soon as it opens. - Accessibility: larger text sizes are respected across every screen, and screen readers can now reach the Replay button on boops. - Security: revealing your recovery phrase now asks for Face ID or your passcode first. - boopr+: alternate app icons now apply reliably. - Plus smaller fixes to streaks, tagged posts, friend requests, and app launch. Only you and your friends can see what you share. That never changes.
