The platform includes a built-in nutrition and macro tracker, personalised vitamin and supplement recommendations, and specialist programmes for women's health covering fertility, menopause, PCOS and endometriosis, as well as men's health programmes focused on performance, gut health and longevity. Between sessions you stay connected with your nutritionist through in-app messaging. Getting started takes less than five minutes. You fill in your health profile, get matched to a specialist, receive your personalised plan, and track your progress as you go. Everything is in one place, accessible from anywhere. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected plan.
