• Quick pass on the Scan screen: sign once, then every equipment label you scan is recorded as passed, with a beep and a buzz. • Items with an open defect, already checked this period or without a check for that period are refused with the reason — inspect those the normal way. • Foldable iPhone: unfolded, the app uses the wide screen and turns freely; folded, it stays in portrait.

Security (ISPS) is now available to everyone: - Gangway logbook: visitors signed in and out with photo, ID and signature - Numbered visitor passes and crew QR cards, scanned at the gangway - Who is on board and who is ashore, at a glance - ISPS drills and the ship's security level - IMCA safety flashes Inspection rounds: - Two phones can no longer start the same round - A duplicate round is closed automatically, and its inspections count in the round kept Bug fixes and improvements.

2.57 — Set dates on many items, clear a wrong date, duplicate an item • New: after a service, update a whole batch in one go. In a category, long-press an item (or tap the tag button), tick the others or tap All, then Set dates. Set the next inspection, the expiry or both, and add a comment if you like. A field left blank keeps each item's own date. • New: remove a date entered by mistake. Tap the × at the end of a date on the item screen, or use "Clear this date on all selected" in Set dates. The item is then judged by the date it still has. • New: Duplicate item. Adding a row of identical equipment — dive cylinders, lifejackets? Save the first, tap Duplicate item, type the serial number and Save. The copy takes the next item number (01-DT → 02-DT); photos, certificates and history stay with the original. • The items stay the same items: their QR labels, photos, certificates and inspection history are untouched, and a copy of the register is kept in Settings → Data before a bulk update, so it can be rolled back. • Updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: they now name the provider in full, the governing law, and how suggestions sent to us are used. You'll be asked to accept them once.

2.55 — Icons for dive equipment and cylinders New: two more icons for your own categories — a dive mask with snorkel and a gas cylinder. Choose one in Settings → Categories when you add a heading, or tap the pencil beside an existing heading to change its icon.

2.54 • Equipment lists sorted by Position are now grouped by deck, with each item's location under it. • Number your decks in Excel ("1 Sun Deck", "2 Bridge Deck") and the list follows that order. • The import template now has Expiry, Next Inspection and Quantity columns on every sheet — e.g. for HRUs beside the liferafts.

2.52 — Lifting & Mooring, and a register that is easier to keep straight • New: a Lifting & Mooring register. Eight categories — mooring equipment, working aloft equipment, cranes, hooks and cables, deck slings and shackles, engineering lifting equipment, working aloft anchors, interior lifting eyes and beams — in the same app, with the same crew, labels and certificates as your LSA and FFE. Each item carries its markings, SWL/WLL, breaking load, diameter, material, manufacturer's and test certificate numbers, and the dates it was installed and last inspected. • New: annual inspections. Annual is now a full inspection frequency alongside weekly, monthly and quarterly, in the rounds and in the reports. Lifting gear is examined annually, mooring and working aloft equipment quarterly as well; change that for your vessel in Settings → Checklists. • New: import your lifting register from Excel. Settings → Data has a second blank template for lifting and mooring, and your own register is read as written — "22 kN", "9.9 t", "2200kg". • New: a "coming due" filter on the register report — everything, or what falls due within 60 days, 6 months or 12 months. Overdue items are always included. • New: clear a category. The Master can empty one category in a single step (the sweep icon on its list) and import the correct list again. A copy of the register is kept first, so it can be rolled back from Settings → Data. • New: a revoked account can be deleted, so the Accounts list shows who is actually aboard. • Changed: an equipment list opens sorted by Position rather than by expiry date, so a round can be walked deck by deck. What is falling due stays on the Dashboard. • Changed: move an item to another category without losing its label, photos, certificates or inspection history. • Fixed: "Update from Excel" could add the same items again each time a sheet was loaded, when they had no item number and no location. Loading the same sheet twice now changes nothing. If a category has been duplicated this way, run Update with the correct sheet and switch on "Remove these from the register" — the original items, with their labels and history, are the ones kept. • Icons throughout the app are now drawn the same on every device.

Fixed: the app now opens on iOS 27. Hide the categories your ship does not carry, rename the rest, and reports sign themselves off.

Internal improvements amended

• Quarterly rounds, beside weekly and monthly. • Switch any frequency on or off per equipment category (Settings → Checklists). A category owes only the rounds your ship works to — the report stops counting the rest as due, and nothing already signed changes. • Add a round a category does not have yet in one tap: ＋ Weekly, ＋ Monthly or ＋ Quarterly, started from the checks it already has. • Scan by category (Settings). The QR rule no longer has to apply to everything: a rescue boat's inventory or the loose gear in a fire locker is signed straight from the equipment list, while extinguishers and liferafts still ask for the label. • "Clear all" on an inspection — start the round again in one tap. • Renaming a device in Accounts is fixed (the box closed as soon as you touched a field) and is now the Master's alone: with "Sign as the device's account" on, that name is the signature the next round carries, so it follows the phone at every crew change. • The Vessel card in Settings stays closed once the vessel is named, and shows the vessel and IMO instead of asking to save again. • Photo archive (Settings → Inspection photos). Inspection photographs stay in the vessel's cloud storage for 90 days; older ones are kept by the vessel itself. Save a month as a ZIP — the photographs plus an index listing the item, the round, the result and who signed it — confirm it, and those photographs are cleared from the cloud. Nothing is deleted from a month you have not confirmed, nothing is ever removed from the phones and tablets, and the signed records, reports and backups are untouched.

2.46 — inspections you can stand behind • Sign as the device's account. A Master-only rule: every enrolled phone, tablet or PC signs inspections as the person it was issued to — no picking a colleague's name. Rename a device in Accounts and the signature follows. • Emergency Escapes is now its own LSA category, with weekly and monthly checklists — hatches, routes, signs, lighting, seals, ladders and the gear along the way. • BA cylinder pressure: the checklist now asks for ≥ 90 % of rated (300 bar → ≥ 270 bar). • Sounds can be switched off (Settings → Modules). • The blank Excel template now includes a sheet for Other Safety Equipment. From 2.45: • QR labels in bulk — pick a group, decks and categories and print every label in one go: to an Xprinter over Bluetooth, a thermal roll, an A4 sheet with cut lines, or a PDF for another printer's app. Labels come off deck by deck, in the order you walk the ship. • Inspection report per category — Lifebuoys, EEBD, extinguishers…: press and hold a category on Reports → Inspections to file that round as its own page, titled and named after it. Manual updated in English, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian.
