- Match IDs to tickets: scan a guest's ID and DropTix finds their ticket by name. Check in one ticket, a whole group, or select the exact tickets entering
- Require ID at check-in: optionally ask for an ID after each ticket scan to verify entry
- Ban list and tags: flag issues and mark customers with tags so your door staff know instantly
- Guest stats: ages, gender, top cities and ZIP codes, busiest hours, new vs. returning guests
