Ask questions about your transcribed recordings with Ask HoldSay on iOS 27. Answers are generated on device and include references to the recordings used. Eligible recent recordings can receive system-generated summaries in Spotlight. Recording rows now provide context for supported Siri on-screen requests. Availability depends on your device, language and system settings.

HoldSay now adapts to any screen size. On wide screens and in landscape, Recents sits side by side with the recording card, with search, import and select right in the list. Layout stays crisp when you resize or use Split View. Plus small fixes.

Recents, rebuilt: full transcripts in a flat list, tap any entry to copy, swipe to share, re-transcribe or delete. Settings redesigned to match HoldSay for Mac, with new pages for the Action Button, widgets and your dictation stats. Recordings up to 3 minutes now transcribe automatically. Plus small fixes.

Fixed: some people who had already purchased HoldSay Pro (including the lifetime plan) could still see the upgrade screen. Your purchase is now recognized more reliably, including right after reinstalling or when the App Store is slow to respond.
