Tristar Reports puts your organization's machinery, plant and workforce reporting in your pocket.
Sign in to your company's Tristar Reports server and the app pulls down the reports you are entitled to see. Snapshots are stored on the device, so once a report is synced you can open it on a site with no coverage, in a basement workshop, or on a plane.
REPORT CATALOG
Browse the same grouped catalog you use on the web platform — Machinery Reports, PMV Reports, PLT Reports, Project Reports, Diesel Reports and PMV Store Reports. Expandable groups show at a glance which reports are ready to open and which are still being published.
FULL MATRICES, NOT SUMMARIES
Rotate to landscape and read the real report matrix with a frozen header row, so you always know which column you are looking at while scrolling through machinery, operator or certificate data. Tap any cell to drill into the underlying records behind the number.
DASHBOARD
A KPI overview on launch: reports available to you, report groups, cached snapshots, and the most recent snapshots with their sync times.
WORKS OFFLINE
Report data is cached on device with efficient delta sync — only changed reports are downloaded on the next refresh. A banner tells you when a snapshot is stale, and users with the right role can trigger a fresh server-side refresh directly from the app.
SHARE AS PDF
Export any open report as a server-rendered PDF and send it through the iOS share sheet — mail, messages, or straight into your document app.
YOUR SERVER, YOUR DATA
Point the app at your own Tristar Reports deployment over HTTP or HTTPS, including on-premise servers on your local network. Nothing is routed through third-party services. Access follows the roles and report grants configured on your platform.
BUILT FOR THE SITE
Dark and light themes, an interface tuned for one-handed use, and layouts that work on both iPhone and iPad.
Tristar Reports requires an account on a Tristar Reports platform deployment. Contact your administrator for server details and credentials.
