Pink Reel: Short Film Maker
Narrate and cut your own clips
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Pink Reel turns your own video clips and photos into a narrated micro-film. Pick up to three scenes, write the narration, cast a voice, trim the cut, and export the MP4. AI script drafts and painted scenes need iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence.
MAKE A FILM IN FOUR STEPS
1. Script - start from one line and write the narration. With Apple Intelligence it can draft one for you to edit freely.
2. Scenes - build a storyboard of up to three scenes from your own clips and photos, clean backdrops, or painted scenes made with Apple Intelligence. Reorder or remove any scene.
3. Voice - cast the narrator from the voices installed on your device and set the pace, with a live spoken preview.
4. Cut - Pink Reel cuts your scenes to the length of the narration: long clips are trimmed, short ones loop. Then trim the start and end and save the film to your library.
YOUR FILM LIBRARY
- Every film lands in a dated library

- Export the MP4 with the share sheet and post it anywhere

APPLE INTELLIGENCE
- Script drafting and painted scenes need Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer, iOS 26 or later)
- On other iPhones you write the script yourself and build scenes from your clips, photos and backdrops. The app tells you when an AI step is not available on your device.
