This is a listing update rather than an app update. The App Store screenshots had fallen a few versions behind the app: they still showed the browse screens before they had their category artwork, and a check-in journal with nothing in it. The new set shows what the app actually looks like now. The app itself is unchanged from 1.0.2.

• Every free drill now shows its coaching cues on the playback screen — how to run the movement, in writing, under the clip. The library has carried them all along; this screen was throwing them away. • The player no longer spends most of the screen on black bars. The clip is sized to its own shape, with the drill's name, category and length beneath it. • Fixed a drill title that was drawn too dark to read against the player's dark background.

• The app now describes what IS free rather than how long it stays that way. Which drills are open is a coaching decision, and it has changed as the programme has developed — the previous wording promised it never would. • Corrected the free-tier wording on the welcome screen and in the drill library.

• Settings, legal and Restore Purchase are now reachable without signing in — tap the gear in the drill library. Appearance, offline video storage, the privacy policy, the terms and the content credits all live there. • Corrected how the free and paid drills are described. The previous wording named particular categories as free or paid, which was no longer accurate after the library was re-tiered. • Clearer credit for Cape Concierge Physical Therapy, who create and own the drills. • "See what's in Pro" now opens Pro instead of the drill list.
