EyeHeaven lives quietly in your Mac menu bar and schedules smart eye breaks before digital eye strain sets in. Most break apps remind you to look away. EyeHeaven goes further — long breaks show beautiful stereogram exercises that actively release the ciliary muscle tension built up from hours of screen focus. HOW IT WORKS Set your short break interval (e.g. every 15 min) and long break interval (e.g. every 3 short breaks). A gentle banner appears before each break so you can finish your thought. Then a full-screen break mode takes over — eyes closed for short breaks, or a relaxing 3D stereogram for long ones.
