Your trips get the details right, and your first favorites are on us. • Trips abroad run on local time: days, moment names and the By time view now follow the trip's own time zone, so "Kyoto, morning" is the morning you remember. • Every day of a trip keeps a shot: the Recommended cut now holds at least one photo from each day, so a quiet day never disappears from the album. • Dupes inside a trip: compare and swap a trip's burst shots without leaving it. Nothing is staged until you save. • Album saving is your call: a "Save as album in Photos" toggle on every trip, with a toast that names the album and counts what went in. • Rename a moment from its ⋯ menu, and moment covers now come from the shot you kept, not a hidden dupe. • Curate sideways: the trip grid rotates to landscape on iPhone. • Your first Favorites batch writes to Photos for free: accept Piqt's first dozen picks, no subscription needed. • Clippings search understands rare words again ("invoice", "barcode", "spreadsheet"). Plus fixes: Recover only marks a photo kept once it has really left the delete album, Bad Photos undo clears what it staged, and dark-mode text is legible across the curate screens.

Smarter trips, tighter dupes, and your curation now comes with you to a new iPhone. • Day trips count: a burst of photos far from home is now a trip, even a short one, and it's named for where you went. • Better trip names: a route like "Banff → Calgary" when you had two big stops, otherwise the state, country, or continent you explored. • Fewer missed trips: a photo-heavy trip no longer hides the one that came after it. • Trip alerts: Piqt can let you know when it finds a new trip, ready to turn into an album. Turn it on or off in Settings. • Notifications take you straight there: the weekly review opens on the week that just ended, and great-photo alerts open those photos. • Dupes: Piqt now groups the shots you took seconds apart, and no longer lumps a whole photoshoot into one stack. • Every Recommended cut keeps at least one shot from each moment of a trip. • Getting a new iPhone? With this update, your curated trips and decisions carry over when you restore from a backup. Plus fixes: event names show up right away, closing the Lens updates your dashboard instantly, and the event screens got a layout polish.

Piqt 1.1 is all about your trips. • Events: Piqt spots your trips and big moments on its own by noticing when your photo habits change. • The Lens: filter the whole app to one trip or stretch of time, then use any workflow inside it. • Event curation: adjust what's in a trip by date, by place, or photo by photo. Then rank it By Score or walk it By Time. The Recommended cut keeps your best without losing your only shot from a day or place. • Save it: your curated trip becomes an album in Photos, ready to show off. Plus a big round of speed and smoothness work across the app.
