• Videos are now compressed to about a third of their size before sending, so a long clip uploads in seconds instead of minutes and uses far less mobile data. A video that is still very large asks you to trim it instead of failing • Uploads never get lost: a photo or video keeps sending after you leave the app, picks up again when you switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, and resumes the next time you open the app • A message waiting for a connection sends by itself as soon as you are back online. If an upload keeps failing, it stops after a few tries and shows "Tap to retry" instead of using up your data • Video quality adapts to your connection: clips start playing straight away on a slow network, and you can switch between HD and SD in the player • Voice notes are kept on your phone after the first play, so replaying one starts instantly • Recording a voice note keeps the screen on, so a long note is never cut off by the phone locking. If a call comes in, what you recorded is kept and you can still send it • Only one thing plays at a time — starting a video pauses a voice note, and calls and headphones are handled properly • Forward several messages at once: tap Select, tick the messages, then Forward • Tapping a video to download now opens the player and starts playing right away • When a message does not send, the app tells you why instead of "Something went wrong" • Groups: owners can transfer ownership, promote or remove admins, and step down • Groups list: the full group name on its own line, with ADMIN, member count and mute state below it, and a colour for each group • Weekly Reports: principals get a review screen showing which teachers have sent their reports this week. Tap a teacher for their remaining and sent classes, and open a report to see every student's ratings • Staff Attendance: your department's day at a glance, grouped into Absent, Late, Left Early, On Time and On Leave, with a date picker and a PDF report • Staff Attendance and Weekly Reports have a new iOS design, with a summary ring and filters that stay in view as you scroll • Teacher Summary: lessons held out of lessons scheduled for every teacher, on any date, with a PDF • Absence & Excuses: browse by department, then class, then student, with search, a date range and totals at the top • Announcements: tap the read count on any announcement to see exactly who has read it • Attendance Register and Add Excuse now show only your own classes • Chat is much faster: switching between Messages, Groups and Class Chat is instant, rooms you have opened before open straight away, and Back no longer stutters • Fixed: in Kurdish and Arabic, the time no longer overlaps the message text • Fixed: long feature names on the home screen are no longer cut off, and the app now follows your Larger Text setting • Fixes and performance improvements

• Bus tracker: see your driver, bus number and a Call button before the bus starts sharing its location; the map opens on the school with a school pin • Contacts: principal, vice principal, class mentor, class assistant, transport supervisor, bus mentor and driver, with photos • Group chats: admins can make a group announcements-only, edit the group and delete any message; Super Admin can manage every group • Announcements: unread dot, read tracking, and staff can see who has read each announcement • Class Chat: correct unread counts per subject, and opening a room marks only that room as read • Exam Schedule: editing only for roles allowed to edit • Late Attendance: principals see everyone who was late on any day • Notifications: more reliable delivery after switching accounts, and class messages open the right room • Fixes and performance improvements

• Attendance Register: day and month sheets for every class, with the school's printed register as PDF and a whole-department PDF • Student excuses: new types — Excused (م), Absent (ن) and Left with permission (ر) with the lesson the student left after; the register shows the same marks • Class Mentor: a new chat tab for your class mentor, next to Class Chat • Group chats: admins can edit the group name, photo and description, add and remove members, make admins and delete the group; anyone can leave • Chat media: save photos and videos to your Photos, save voice notes and files to Files, or share them, from the viewer or the message menu • Announcements: pictures are shown whole, tap to zoom; side-by-side layout on iPad • Teacher attendance: your work hours are shown before check-in, and the app tells you exactly why a check-in was refused (for example the distance from the school zone) • Stories: delete your own story, admins can delete any story or post • My Subjects: correct lessons per week, class names like 5A, and the day of each lesson • Roles: Announcements and Exam Schedule become read-only when your role cannot edit; vice principals appear in class members and can add student excuses • Support: messages go to the school's named support agents • Fixed: the app no longer keeps asking you to sign in again after a while • Fixes and performance improvements
