Reliability update. - Fixed a crash that could hit the Russian narrator on the very first Russian word after an interrupted voice download. - A script containing an emoji, or a line in another alphabet, no longer switches the narrator off. - The export screen no longer presents a video rendered before your latest edit as the finished result. - Removing a voiceover now removes the captions generated from it as well. - Cancelling an export or a transcription now stops it right away. - Fixed a transcript that could be cut short after a music or sound annotation.

Fixed: one-ear audio. Clips recorded with a wireless mic in stereo mode carry the voice on one channel only, so exports played in one ear. Subly now detects a one-sided recording and puts the sound in both ears - no other app needed.

Refreshed App Store listing: new screenshots and copy. Minor fixes.

Full Russian localization, including system permission prompts. Fixes and improvements.

Maintenance update. No changes to features — thanks for using Subly!

Big reliability and speed round: • Your project now reopens right where you left it — even after restarting the app. • Caption, wording and style changes always make it into the export. • Exporting with captions is noticeably faster, and the app stays cooler while it works. • Fixed exports failing with "Operation Stopped" on HDR videos. • Trimming a clip re-cuts everything correctly, and a finished export is never lost to a failed re-export. • The editor is safer to scrub: music and B-roll move only when selected, and tiny accidental trims no longer happen. • Clearer warnings: narration that won't fit, large downloads, and replacing a clip now ask first. • Progress screens, tips and time estimates now speak your language. As always, everything runs on your device — your video is never uploaded.

Editor reliability round: • The narrator now follows your edits — trim or cut the video and the voice plays exactly the parts you kept, in sync with its captions. • Moving the narrator no longer nudges the video's own subtitles, and its position is never lost — even after restarting the app. • Fixed an export that could get stuck on the progress screen after switching apps mid-export. • SRT/VTT subtitle files now match your edited timeline exactly. • Error messages and notifications now speak your language — Russian, German, French and Italian. • More reliable imports and trims, and your projects are protected across app updates. As always, everything runs on your device — your video is never uploaded.

Subly now speaks Russian — the entire app is localized, joining German, French and Italian (with improved translations throughout). Editor reliability: • Transitions, B-roll, music and the narrator now stay perfectly in sync from preview to export. • The narrator keeps its position after you move it and regenerate; captions stay glued to the voice. • B-roll longer than your video no longer breaks the export. • The preview matches the export even more closely — including the watermark on free exports. • Deleting a clip now asks for confirmation. Plus clearer error messages, restore-purchase feedback and many smaller fixes. As always, everything runs on your device — your video is never uploaded.

Editing your clips just got easier: • After you split a clip, the new piece is selected automatically — so you can delete or merge it right away. • New Merge: join split pieces back into one clip. • Move clips left or right to reorder your timeline. Plus stability and polish throughout the editor. As always, everything runs on your device — your video is never uploaded.

This update is all about reliability and polish: • The video editor preview now reliably shows your video for any clip you import. • The editor preview loads dependably when you open a clip. • Clearer Restore & purchase — proper feedback when you're offline or something goes wrong. • Save to Photos no longer dead-ends — if access is off, we point you straight to Settings. • Scrub in fullscreen, plus steadier timeline gestures throughout the editor. • Free users can export SRT/VTT subtitle files even after using their free video exports. As always, everything runs on your device — your video is never uploaded.
