What's new in OneDesk 2.1 Smoother updates • Updates no longer restart the app on their own. When one is ready, just close OneDesk and open it again. Notes • A new Notes tab for personal lists and reminders. • Mix text, bullets and checklists in one note — tap a checkbox to mark it done. • Pin important notes to the top of the list. • Lock private notes behind a passcode. • Search across all your notes. • Share a note to chat — a direct message, channel or thread. Whoever receives it can save their own copy. • Notes are grouped by day: Today, Yesterday, and a date heading for older ones. Chat • Redesigned bottom bar with Chat centred and easier to reach. Other • The keyboard no longer covers the reason box when declining a leave request.

Work offline The app now opens and stays usable without a connection. Your last synced chats, attendance and tasks are all there to read, and a banner tells you when you're offline so you know what you're looking at may be out of date. Time in, time out and sending a message need a connection, so those now tell you clearly instead of appearing to work. Save photos and videos Tap the download button on any photo or video to save it to your device, with a confirmation once it's done. Better video in chat Videos no longer start playing on their own, and each one now fits its own shape — no more black bars around portrait clips. Tap the expand button for fullscreen. Update notifications You'll now be told when a new version is available, even if the app isn't open.

• You can now time in again after timing out, so a second shift or a return to the office no longer needs a workaround. • Moving between Home, Calendar, Chat and Profile is now instant. Screens keep what you last saw and refresh in the background instead of showing a loading screen every time. • Chat opens straight to your conversations. • The app version now appears at the bottom of the Profile screen. Note: Voice and video calls are still under development and are not working reliably yet. Please use another app for calls in the meantime.
