SnoreReel automatically records sounds that may include sleep talk and snoring while you sleep, then plays them back with timestamps when you wake up. HOW DETECTION WORKS After you start a session before bed, SnoreReel listens with a volume-threshold (dBFS) system and saves a clip only when the sound crosses the speech threshold, so steady, quiet fan or AC noise is less likely to be captured. You can fine-tune the sensitivity anytime in Settings, where an optional Mic Optimization tool measures your room's noise floor and suggests a level. REPLAY WHEN YOU WAKE Wake up to a timestamped list of everything captured while you slept. Tap any item to play it back instantly. SLEEP SCORE AND TRENDS Your sleep score blends your sleep duration from Apple Health with how quiet your sleep was and how regular your bedtimes are. Connect Apple Health (optional) to power the duration part of the score, then check your weekly chart and daily or weekly analysis in the app. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See your latest detection count at a glance, no need to open the app. LOCAL AND PRIVATE Your recordings stay on your device. Audio is never uploaded to any server.
