HeelHub: Dog Training
Dog training, together
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
HeelHub 2.1: Sport now covers the utility dog (IGP) and Mondioring beside search and rescue, with a team chat — and every note can be written or recorded.
HeelHub is dog training in three spaces: Clients, for a trainer and their clients; Everyday training, for your own dog — with a trainer or on your own; and Sport, for dog sport with your team. No marketplace, no public feeds.
FOR DOG OWNERS
• Start on your own: daily practice and a diary for your dog. When you train with a trainer, enter their code and your dogs come along.
• See your trainer's real availability and book a free slot — held until they confirm. Say where, move or cancel in a tap.
• Know what's coming: the plan, what to bring, your "To discuss" list.
• At the session: open it live from Home — the plan, your topics, a photo or video, a question by voice. One tap says how it went.
• Read the lesson summary after each session — in your language, with photos and videos.
• Short daily reads with videos, and quizzes built from what you've been taught.
• Practise at home: today's tasks, repeating reminders and a streak. Film a try or note how it went — your trainer gets it as one report.
• Chat with your trainer: photos, videos, voice messages, replies and reactions.
• Group sessions, forms from your trainer, a dog journal and progress over time.
• Every dog in the family on one profile — free for owners.
FOR TRAINERS
• Publish your usual week, change any date ahead; clients request only slots you offer. Approve, decline, move or cancel in a tap.
• Your public page: one link with your profile, places, rates and open times, and a business card with its QR. New clients ask for a session there, no account needed.
• Plan in points and share it in a tap, with a what-to-bring list.
• Run the session live: tick the plan, write or record notes and home practice, take a photo or a clip, wrap up in one step.
• Write the lesson summary after: notes, theories, photos and videos, one Publish — AI only if you want it.
• Group classes: one session for several dogs — shared plan and summary, one credit per dog.
• Your own library of daily reads in each client's language, and quizzes from what clients were taught.
• One chat per client: photos, videos, voice messages. Write first, or draft with AI from your points and check it before you send.
• Practice reports, forms your clients acknowledge, clients, dogs, sessions, places and journals in one place; invite with a code.
• Fair pricing: first month free, then one-time credit packs — one credit per accepted session, refunded if cancelled.
SPORT, WITH YOUR TEAM
• Search and rescue (IRO), the utility dog (IGP) and Mondioring, under their official rules.
• Join your team with a link. Trainings with who is going, organisers and what each of you works on.
• On the field: log runs and finds, score each exercise with a note, film and tag a team-mate, keep private notes. A team chat.
• Your dog's log with PDF and CSV export, readiness for the next exam, and exams with their judges and certificate.
• The rules in plain words, every exercise with a to-scale drawing, and the official rulebook inside the app.
• Report or block anything a team-mate shares.
• Reading Sport is free. Logging, scoring and planning take the Sport subscription — monthly or yearly, first month free, through the App Store, renewing until you cancel.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no ad tracking, never sold. Between a trainer and a client, photos, videos and messages stay within the pair; in a group, owners see other dogs by name only. In Sport, what you share at a training is seen by your team, and private notes by you alone. A voice note or message exists only when you record one.
ALSO NICE
• iPhone and iPad, light and dark mode.
• 15 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
• Notifications for requests, messages, plans, summaries, reports, trainings and reminders.

HeelHub 2.1: Sport for the utility dog (IGP) and Mondioring, a team chat, a simpler live session, and notes you write or record. Here is what changed since 2.0.
FOR TRAINERS
• A simpler live session: two buttons while you train — Add note (write it, record it, or make it home practice) and Photo or video — with your plan in the middle. Wrap up in one step: choose where each note goes, then send the summary and the practice together.
• Write or record any note: on the field, in the summary, in a reply.
• One camera everywhere: photos and videos for summaries, forms and questions come from the same camera as the chat.
• Planned at a glance: your upcoming sessions on Home and in the calendar say whether they are planned.
• Your business card shows your logo bigger, with a subtitle of your own.
FOR DOG OWNERS
• Ask your trainer or keep your diary by typing or by recording your voice.
• One camera everywhere you add a photo or a video.
• Your dog's photo wherever your dog appears.
SPORT — FOR TRAINERS AND OWNERS
• Two more sports beside search and rescue: the FCI utility dog (IGP — BH/VT, IGP 1–3, tracking and more) and Mondioring. One switch at the top moves between your sports and teams.
• Your team's chat, on Home and on the Team tab.
• Plan what your dog trains: obedience exercises, search components or your own items, each with a note.
• A note for each exercise as you score it, written or recorded. When you plan the next training, Previous trainings shows your notes and points, with a link to each training.
• After a training, everyone's results under Who trained what; a finished training's plan stays as it was.
• "Are you going?" asked plainly, and Can't make it when plans change.
• The rules checked against the official rulebooks: every drawing redrawn to scale, each exercise starting and ending in the basic position, and the official rulebook opening at the exercise — for search and rescue in German, Hungarian and Romanian too.
• Faces of team-mates and their dogs on every row.
ALSO
• Today, Yesterday and Tomorrow instead of dates for the days around now; the version and build at the end of Profile; many smaller fixes.
