Never miss another call. Dewul is an AI receptionist that answers your business phone 24/7 — in English, Amharic, French and Spanish — so every caller reaches a warm, professional voice, even after hours.
Dewul greets callers, answers questions from your own knowledge base, books and reschedules appointments, captures leads, and hands off to a human the moment a call needs you. This companion app puts your whole front desk in your pocket:
• Live dashboard — calls answered and bookings made, at a glance
• Call log with recordings and transcripts you can replay anytime
• Bookings — see, confirm and manage every appointment Dewul takes
• Receptionist setup — tune the greeting, voice, languages and knowledge
• Phone numbers — view the lines Dewul answers
• Alerts & escalations — get notified the instant a call needs a human
• Team — see members and pending invites at a glance
• Face ID unlock and secure sign-in
Built for clinics, restaurants, law firms, salons and any small business that can't afford a missed call. Set Dewul up once and let it answer, qualify and book — around the clock, in your customers' language.
An existing Dewul workspace is required to sign in.
