Squadroll is the team app for amateur sports teams: the schedule of practices and matches, attendance, a team chat, fines and the team cash box in one place. The coach plans a practice, players answer with one tap and the treasurer keeps fines and payments under control. No spreadsheets, no paper slips, no ads.
WHY TEAMS USE SQUADROLL
• Know who's coming: players answer Going, Not going or Not sure, and the app reminds whoever forgets
• Attendance and fines together: from the attendance, the app proposes fines for an absence, coming late or a late excuse
• Fines, bottles and payments in one place, so players always know what they owe
• Paying is quick: a QR code straight to the team's account (for teams in CZK and EUR)
SCHEDULE AND ATTENDANCE
• Practices, matches and tournaments, a weekly practice for the whole season in one form
• Meet-up time, place, opponent and an answer deadline for every event
• Going, Not going or Not sure; an optional reason with an absence that only the coach and the team's leads see
• A reminder for players who haven't answered: on its own before the deadline, or with one tap
• Attendance after practice (present, late, absent, excused), a season overview and a CSV export
• The schedule in your phone's calendar (iPhone Calendar and Google Calendar)
TEAM CHAT
• A channel for the whole team and a thread for every event, right next to the schedule
• Photos, reactions, replies to a specific message, and editing a message for 24 hours
• An important message pinned to the team's noticeboard
• When an event is moved or cancelled, its thread says so by itself
• Notifications about new messages, and any channel can be muted
• Report a message or block its author by pressing and holding it; the admin and coaches moderate
FINES AND CASH BOX
• Your own fine price list, or a sample one to start with (in CZK and EUR)
• A fine, bottle or payment in one tap, for several players at once, too
• Fines from attendance: the app proposes them, the treasurer confirms or dismisses them, or they confirm themselves
• Unsportsmanlike conduct that gets pricier with every repeat
• Team cash box with a history of movements, the balance hidden behind Face ID
• Events outside the cash box (cabin, training camp, trip): who's going and who has paid
• Statistics: fines by month, a ranking of players and two seasons compared side by side
• Export the team's data to CSV
FOR PLAYERS
• The team's schedule and your answer to a practice or match, even from a reminder without opening the app
• Your debt, bottles and fine history in one place
• QR payment straight to the team's account (CZK and EUR), for other currencies the account number to copy

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Your data is stored on the operator's server in the EU and sent encrypted. The cash box balance opens with Face ID. You can delete your account and data right in the app (Settings, Delete account).
Free, no ads, no tracking. The app only keeps records, payments go straight from the player's bank to the team's account. Squadroll used to be called Fine Tracker.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Schedule from a calendar: paste your match calendar link (iCal) and matches arrive as drafts that follow its changes. Under + in the Schedule.
• Drafts: prepare an event and publish it once it's ready. Until then only coaches see it.
• Events over several days: players answer which days they come.
• Your own duration, meet-up and answer deadline. A new match meets an hour before.
• Attendance to take and drafts get one row each, and the next event stands out.
• A clearer YOU card: one Pay button with the total for you and everyone you pay for.
• Paying for others too? Tap "I also pay for…" and pay for everyone with one QR. The treasurer splits one payment.
• React with any emoji, with your own quick row. Hold a reaction to see who reacted.
• Pay for an event from the player's balance, and the cash box stays right.
• Everyone gets a payment QR, even with no debt, and one for every unpaid event.
• The team chat channel is named after the team.
• Fixes and improvements.
