Vellora Archive 2.0 brings your library to every device you read on. • Books you add on one device appear on your others, with your place, notes and shelves, so you pick up where you left off. • Shelves you shape: lived-in shelves, stacks, piles and covers. Tap a book to take it down and open it. • The Riffle: pull down from the top to flick through every book you own. • PDFs now show their own cover, find their chapters and read in clear paragraphs. • A link to an article or a Project Gutenberg book comes in clean. Start a book on your phone. Continue it on your iPad, your Mac or in visionOS.

Vellora Archive 1.9 has a voice and a book waiting the moment you open it. • Ten voices to choose from, so every book sounds the way you like. • Nine classic books included. Read them at once, or listen offline once your chosen voice is ready. • Vellora downloads lets you add the classics and voices you choose. • Clearer choices when you let a book go: Archive, Remove Download, or Delete Everywhere. • Faster and steadier all around, especially with big books. Start a book on your phone. Continue it on your Mac or in visionOS.

Vellora Archive 1.8 reads to you in its own voices. • Two new voices, Narrator and Documentary. Press Play and any book starts reading at once, even with the screen off. Pick one, or both, and switch with your mood. • Change voice right from the player, even mid-sentence. While a voice gets ready, the player shows it. • The highlight follows the voice, in a softer rounded marker. • Pages follow the voice and turn like a book. • Books in another language are read in an Apple voice for that language. Start a book on your phone. Continue it on your Mac or in visionOS.

Book view. Turn pages with the classic curl: one page on iPhone, a spread on iPad. Notes beside the book. On iPad, notes open next to the page instead of over it. Calm reading. The controls step out of the way while you read. Tap the page, or the chevron at the top right, to bring them back. Word sync from the audio itself. Narration you rendered now lights each word as the voice reaches it. Continuous reading uses more of the screen on iPad, with margins that follow the window. Reading styles show their look before you choose one. Fixes: Current passage always returns you to the passage being read. Audio and timing rendered on another device show up without relaunching. Cover art no longer tries to draw a person. Ready for iOS 27 and iPadOS 27.

A smoother reading and listening experience. • Refined typography, spacing, and reading layouts for a cleaner, calmer page. • Improved EPUB formatting, with clearer titles, headings, and chapter navigation. • Improved importing, including complete Vellora book folders. • Refined reading controls and navigation between chapters. • Thinking Board refinements for notes and source passages. Read, listen, and keep what matters.

More ways into your living library. Vellora now imports EPUB books alongside PDF, text, audio, links, pasted text, and Vellora packages. Titles, authors, chapter order, and available cover art are preserved for a more faithful import. This update also improves reliability and consistency throughout the library, making it easier to bring something in once and continue across your devices.

Built for reading. Vellora 1.4 brings reading and listening together in one fluid surface. • Choose the reading face, size, spacing, and theme that fits the moment. • Keep the player at the bottom or tuck play and pause onto either edge. • Expand the player for waveform seeking, speed, bookmarks, sleep timer, and audio output. • Follow narration back to the spoken passage whenever you explore another part of the book. • Highlight a passage, save a quote, add a note, or bookmark your place with the source kept close. • Read and listen independently, then use Play Here when you want to connect them. This update also improves book opening, saved-place restoration, long-book navigation, and reader stability.

Hand a book to a friend. - Send to a Vellora person: share a book as one file with the audio, text, chapters, and cover all together. They tap it, Vellora opens, and it is ready to play. - Share right from the Library: touch and hold any book to send it. No need to open it first. - Your notes stay yours: shared books never include your notes, quotes, bookmarks, or reading spot. - Scan a document: point the camera at paper and it becomes a book you can read and listen to. Vellora reads the pages right on your device. Also in this update: smarter PDF imports, gentle haptics throughout the app, an import progress indicator, clearer sharing errors, and books stored in iCloud download automatically before sending.
