Reassurance feeds the loop, so instead it helps you name the loop, make room for the discomfort, and let the question stay open. It's warm, it's honest, and it's an AI, not a human. A JOURNAL THAT SHOWS YOUR PATTERNS Every SOS moment and free-write entry is saved on your device. Over time you see your patterns: which themes visit most, what they urge you to do, and how often you didn't obey. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. Your data lives on your device. When you use the AI companion, your messages and recent journal entries are sent to an AI service to generate replies, only with your consent. Nightharbor is a self-help wellness tool for adults 18+.
