iPhone
2,188 real lipstick shades from 47 brands, live on your lips. 100% on-device: no accounts, no tracking, works offline. Free to start; Viola Pro unlocks every shade
Would that shade actually suit you? Stop guessing at the counter.
Viola puts real lipstick on your face in real time. Point the front camera at yourself and see any of 2,188 real shades from 47 brands rendered on your lips — not a sticker, not a filter preset, but your actual lips with their real texture and lighting, recolored live as you talk, smile, and turn.
TRY ON REAL SHADES, LIVE
• 2,188 shades from real brands — reds, berries, soft neutrals, pinks, wines
• Swap shades with a tap and watch them change on your face instantly
• One-tap before/after toggle to see yourself with and without lipstick
• Search the entire catalog by shade or brand name while the camera stays live
SCAN ANY COLOR IN THE REAL WORLD
See a color you love — on a swatch, a magazine, a friend's lipstick? Point the back camera at it. Viola reads the true color (it even corrects for glare and shadows) and finds its closest match in the catalog. Wear it instantly.
SAVE WHAT SUITS YOU
• Save your favorite looks and re-apply them anytime
• Capture photos of a look — stored privately inside the app, not your camera roll
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
Viola runs 100% on your device. No analytics. No ads. No servers. Nothing to set up and nothing to join — open the app and start. The camera feed is processed frame by frame on your iPhone and never recorded or transmitted — the app works completely offline. Your face is yours.
BUILT ON APPLE'S ARKIT
Viola uses the TrueDepth camera and Apple's face tracking for precise, stable lip rendering at full frame rate — through smiles, speech, and head turns.
Requires an iPhone with Face ID (TrueDepth camera) for the live try-on.
