Innrly Shift is a tablet time clock built for hotels and hospitality teams. Staff clock in and out with a quick face scan or a personal PIN, and managers get accurate, payroll-ready hours without paper, spreadsheets, or guesswork. Built for the front desk, housekeeping, and back of house — in English and Spanish. CLOCK IN, IN SECONDS • Face or PIN clock-in at a shared tablet kiosk • Clear on-screen confirmation and a unique receipt for every punch • Bilingual throughout — every screen, button, and message in English and Spanish NEVER LOSE A PUNCH • Offline-first: the app keeps working through any Wi-Fi or internet outage • Punches are saved on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns BUILT FOR MANAGERS • Live view of who's on the floor and approaching overtime • Labor planning tied to occupancy, with minutes-per-occupied-room insight • Scheduling and a companion team-member view for leave, timesheets, and shifts • Hours flow straight to payroll — no manual re-keying SECURE BY DESIGN • Biometric enrollment is started by a manager, with employee consent • PINs and face data are protected on the device; face images are not stored as photos • Designed to meet biometric-privacy laws including Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, Washington, and California CCPA Innrly Shift is deployed by hotels and property operators for their own staff.
