Minutely: AI Voice Recorder
Private offline transcription
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Record meetings and lectures — get transcripts and AI summaries right on your iPhone. Works offline; your audio never leaves the device. 30 free minutes monthly.
Minutely is a private AI voice recorder. Record meetings, lectures, and ideas — and get a clean transcript, a structured summary, and a chat with your recording, right on your iPhone. No internet required. No audio uploaded to the cloud. No account.
WHY MINUTELY
• Private: speech recognition and AI summaries run on-device (whisper.cpp + a local language model). Your audio and text never leave your iPhone.
• Offline: works on a plane, in the subway, off the grid — internet is needed only once, to download the models.
• No sign-up: open the app and start recording. No accounts, no email.
WHAT IT DOES
• Microphone recording: background, lock screen, pause and resume.
• Import audio and video files, plus PDF documents.
• Accurate transcript with timestamps and full-text search. Tap a phrase — the player jumps right to it.
• AI summary: TL;DR, key points, action items, chapters with timestamps.
• Chat with your recording: “What did we decide on the budget?”, “What are my action items?” — answers grounded in the recording.
• Edit transcripts, rename recordings, favorites, folders.
• Export to text, Markdown, and PDF; share anywhere.
• English and Russian interface, multilingual speech recognition.
• Control Center widget and Home Screen quick actions — start recording in one tap.
• Optional cloud processing in Pro: faster and more accurate. Off by default; audio is processed in transit and never stored on the server.
FREE AND PRO
Free: 30 minutes of transcription every month, base model, text export.
Minutely Pro removes the limits: unlimited transcription and summaries, larger and more accurate models, all export formats, unlimited chat.
