v1.9 — EXPENSES, NOTIFICATIONS AND GALLERY EXPENSES Record what each property costs every month: HOA fees, property tax, insurance, management, utilities. The property page shows this month's total and your estimated net, and the new Expenses section adds up the whole portfolio, month by month. NOTIFICATIONS A notification center with a bell on the home screen. Choose, for each type of notification, whether it reaches you in the app and by email. PROPERTY GALLERY Every property now has its own gallery. Add photos, videos and documents — floor plans, room walk-throughs, energy certificates, anything you need at hand. Pick any photo as the cover that shows on your list. Drag to reorder, tap to preview.

v1.8 — VISUAL UPGRADE A more polished experience: subtle motion on every screen — buttons, sheets and lists now animate in smoothly — and a quiet emerald glow behind the dashboard, sign-in, properties and account screens. No gameplay or behaviour changes; just a calmer, more deliberate feel across the whole app.

You can now sign in with your Google or Apple account, no password needed. Also fixes a bug that prevented signing in again after signing out.

Tenants and Contracts now show your real data instead of sample rows, and you can create both from the app. Documents loads again and generates contracts as PDF or Word.

Rentcla now works properly outside Spain. - Country & currency: set where you rent and how you charge. Every amount now shows in your own currency. - Document templates now match your country: an English tenancy pack (agreement, rent receipt, arrears and end-of-tenancy notices) instead of Spain-only paperwork. - New accounts pick up your country automatically. - Property types and statuses are now translated instead of always showing Spanish.

• Long-press a property to delete it right from the list. • New accounts now start with an example property so you can see how everything fits together. • Fixes and polish.

New: Rent & payments. Track pending and paid rents and mark them paid in one tap. The dashboard now shows your latest activity across properties, tenants, contracts and payments.
