GymNotes Coach is the trainer's side of GymNotes. Build a program, publish it to your client's phone, and every set they log comes back to you. No spreadsheets, no screenshots in a chat.
DICTATE A PROGRAM INSTEAD OF TYPING IT
Say it out loud — "Monday: bench press four by eight, barbell row three by ten" — and the app transcribes the recording, looks each exercise up in the catalogue and assembles the plan. You check the text, fix anything it misheard, and save. A training week in about a minute.
PUBLISH TO YOUR CLIENT'S APP
Your client installs GymNotes, enters your invite code, and from then on every program you publish lands in their app with a notification. Change it and republish — their copy updates. If they have edited it themselves, you are asked first; nothing is overwritten behind their back.
SEE WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID
Sets, reps and weights per exercise, plus body measurements, over a month, three months, six months or a year. You see what they log from the day they connect — nothing from before that.
A CATALOGUE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUILD
485 curated exercises grouped by muscle group, with search and filters. Anything missing, add it as your own exercise with the metrics you actually use: reps, weight, time or distance.
CLIENTS WHO DON'T USE APPS
Keep them on your roster anyway — profile, goal, assigned programs. When they need the plan, copy it as text and send it in any messenger.
NOTIFICATIONS WORTH HAVING
A client redeems your code. A client trains for the first time, or comes back after a break. A client goes quiet. A digest once a week. Each one can be turned off.
