ElfPad is the day-of operations app for Christmas grottos, built for the staff who keep the magic running. From the first family through the door to the last photo of the day, ElfPad keeps your whole team in sync.
Check families in, scan their tickets, manage the queue and track every visit from a single screen. ElfPad works offline first, so a weak signal at the back of a garden centre or a busy shopping centre never stops the line moving. Everything syncs automatically the moment you are back online.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Check-in board: see today's arrivals at a glance and check families in with a tap or a quick QR scan.
Live queue: manage the running order for each grotto, drag to reorder, and start or finish a visit in one tap.
Today view: every booking for the day with clear status for booked, arrived, in grotto and done.
Grotto mode: a locked, full-screen view for the Santa room that keeps everything calm and on script.
Walk-ups and changes: add walk-in bookings, record cash payments and handle cancellations on the spot.
Offline first: keep working with no signal and let ElfPad sync when the connection returns.

Whether you run a single Santa's grotto or several across different venues, ElfPad gives every elf, host and Santa the same up-to-date picture. Less time on paper lists and clipboards, more time making Christmas memories.
SECURE BY DESIGN
Staff sign in securely and can unlock with Face ID or a PIN. Booking data on the device is encrypted, and Grotto mode locks the app down to a single, simple view for use in front of families.
WORKS WITH YOUR SANTABOOKER ACCOUNT
ElfPad is the companion app for SantaBooker, the booking platform for Christmas grottos. Creating a SantaBooker account is free, so you can sign up, set up your grotto and start using ElfPad at no cost. Families book online through your SantaBooker site, and those bookings appear in ElfPad ready for the big day.
