This update makes every stamp more exact. No new permissions, purchases or data collection. • The map and address on a stamp are now looked up for the exact spot where you took the photo, never reused from a nearby one. • The time on a stamp is the moment you pressed the shutter, even on a slow connection. • The compass heading is left off the stamp when the compass isn't reliable, instead of showing a wrong bearing. • On the free plan, a new month's captures unlock as soon as you return to the app. • Smoother photo viewing in the Gallery, and Share always sends the photo on screen. • Clearer camera labels in bright light, and better VoiceOver descriptions. • If you redeemed a one-year pass, the plans screen no longer offers to sell you Premium again.

• Settings › Subscription now says "Free" when you haven't paid for the current period, and tells you when it ends and whether anything will be charged afterwards.

• Unlock Premium with a promotional code and Settings › Subscription now shows the date your access ends. • Behind-the-scenes fixes and improvements.

• Front camera: flip between the back and front cameras and stamp a selfie on site, with the same location, time and name. • Promo codes: redeem an offer code from Settings › Subscription or from the paywall. • Mirror Selfie Preview: choose whether the selfie preview is mirrored. Saved photos are never mirrored. • Photos taken with the phone on its side now save upright, and selfies record the right compass heading. • The camera now switches off when you leave the Camera tab, which saves battery. • Delete All Data now erases your captures for good, and the privacy policy spells out exactly what is kept. • Fixes and polish.

Lens controls, faster gallery cleanup, and a reorganized Settings. NEW • Lens controls — switch between 0.5x, 1x, and your telephoto lenses right in the viewfinder, or pinch to zoom. • Select several captures in the Gallery to share or delete them in one go, instead of opening each one. • Type your name to sign your stamps. Apple only shares your name the first time you sign in to an app, so you can now set or change it any time in Settings. • Delete All Data erases every capture and setting on this device and starts GeoLens fresh. • A new Permissions screen shows camera, location, and photo access at a glance, and takes you straight to the right iOS setting. IMPROVED • Settings is reorganized — stamp design, watermark, subscription, and your attested site each have their own screen. • Your attested site is now visible and can be cleared from Settings. • Captures are now encrypted at rest, and your name and attested site are stored in the iOS Keychain. • The stamp preview now always matches what your captured photos will actually look like.
