MedQuePMS Staff is the clinic operations app for reception, nursing, and clinical staff. It's the staff side of the MedQuePMS platform — a fast, secure way to run the front desk and prepare every patient for the doctor.
Access is for authorized clinic staff only, using credentials issued by your clinic administrator. This app is intended for healthcare providers and their teams — not for patients or individual consumers.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Register patients in seconds — capture name, contact, date of birth, and gender, and issue a queue token on the spot.
• Manage the live queue — see who's waiting, move patients through the visit, and keep the OPD flowing without paperwork.
• Capture vitals and clinical details — record blood pressure, temperature, blood group, and more, right at the desk or bedside.
• Scan and upload documents — photograph prescriptions, lab reports, and referral letters and attach them to the right patient, even on a shaky connection.
• Voice chief-complaint capture — let the patient describe their problem in their own language; it's transcribed for the care team.
• Get every patient ready for the doctor — a simple checklist (payment, vitals, intake, consent, documents) so nothing is missed.
• AI Health Snapshot — a quick, doctor-facing summary of the visit's vitals, intake, and reports to save time in the consultation room.
• Collect payments — record cash or UPI at reception and keep the visit moving.

MedQuePMS Staff is part of the MedQuePMS practice-management platform and is available exclusively to healthcare organizations (clinics and hospitals) with an active MedQuePMS subscription, purchased directly from Vellmont Services. The app contains no in-app purchases, and access cannot be bought by individual consumers or for family use. To set up your clinic, contact your MedQuePMS administrator.

What's new in 0.6.2
• Sign in with your Clinic ID. Enter the short code your administrator gave you (for example A1B2C3) together with your email and password. You no longer need your clinic's web login link.
• Your Clinic ID is remembered for next time, so day-to-day sign-in is faster.
• Clearer messages when the Clinic ID is wrong or belongs to a different clinic.
• Small fixes and performance improvements.
