Everything your home needs, handled by one team — and visible from your phone. Ask, approve, and know it's done. Sterling is how our homeowners run their home from their phone. One place for everything your house needs — and one team already handling it. Ask for something and it's routed to the right pro. See what's scheduled before it happens. Know it's done, with photos, before you're home. WHAT YOU CAN DO · Ask for anything. Describe what needs attention, add a photo, and Sterling routes it to the right vendor. No calls, no chasing, no group text. · See your schedule. Every visit — recurring services, one-off work, walk-throughs — on one calendar, with who's coming and when. · Approve before work starts. Quotes and estimates come to you with plain-English detail. Nothing over your limit happens without your yes. · Message your property manager. One thread with the person who actually knows your home. Not a ticket queue. · Watch the work. Visit photos, completion notes, and status you don't have to ask for. · Your Home File. Appliances and their manuals, paint colors, filter sizes, warranties, and — behind Face ID — door codes, alarm codes, Wi-Fi, and account logins. · Travel with confidence. Tell Sterling when you're away and your home gets the extra attention it needs while you're gone. · One monthly bill. Every service on a single itemized statement you review and pay in the app. No per-visit surprises. Sterling Residences is for homeowners in a home managed by Sterling. If your home isn't with us yet, visit sterlinghome.xyz.
